All the facilities in the Hotel looks brand new. Nice Breakfast. Frendly and helpfull staff. The Hotel is just perfect if you want to stay affordable, and very comforttable, while visiting Florence. The Hotel is located just 800 m from Prato Trainstation. And you reach Florence smn in the heart of Florence after just 20 minutes by train. It is possible to park your car in the underground parking below the Hotel.

Nothing to complaint about actually - Just for information; The Hotel only serves breakfast and most restaurants are located in the center of Prato, about 3 kilometers away

Everything was as I expected, good parking facilities with good breakfast and a comfortable heated room for the night.

A little bit far from train station if you have to go by foot.

Underground free parking, free internet connection, breakfast is good, easy to find. The "hotel" is or was more a residence this means rooms are spacious, bath is good and it is kept well maintained. 24 hours front desk.

No access from garage to rooms via lift, we need to go up by stairs / ramp and enter from reception. The reception is on level -1 and with luggages this is not comfortable at all. The lift is very small and in 3 days was not cleaned. The cleaning in the room can be improved.

Free underground car park, but you need to book into the hotel first so you can scan your room key for access. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of choice for breakfast including different breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, ham, cheese

The 'bar' was reception selling alcoholic drinks, almost as an after thought. Cans of becks was only choice of beer and receptionist had to be prompted to provide glasses.

Spacious family accomodation

Family accomodation is in a seperate building from the hotel. No wifi access. Along way from breakfast room.My family unfortunately got stuck in the lift and because of its location it took time to get help to get the lift opened

They offer a very good breakfast and there is also a big parking place.

They have in an offer an internet access in the room, but this is not true - the internet is only in lobby room.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast menu was first class with plenty of choice.

Albergo molto confortevole. Molto belle le stanze.

Dopalo nam se to što smo za relativno dobru ceni dobili jako dobar apartman-kao stan, koji je jako prostran , udoban ,čist,sa besplatnim parkingom i odličnim doručkom. Takođe, veoma je blizu Firence, koja je bila naša krajnja destinacija, dobro povezan putevima i prugom. Idealan je za porodice sa decom. Sve u svemu, jako smo zadovoljni smeštajem i rado ćemo se vraćati i preporučivati ga prijateljima

Jedini nedostatak hotela je to što nema neki spa centar za relaksaciju posle celodnevnih šetnji po Toskani. Takođe, mogli bi da postave neki malo savremeniji televizor u dnevnom boravku i da imaju malo više posuđa i escajga u kuhinji

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 volte: la 1 volta la richiesta di camera non fumatori non é stata rispettata; la 2 volta la prenotazione non era pervenuta benchè avessi avuto la conferma (x fortuna la camera c'era).

La struttura della camera, la sua modernità e la pulizia. Inoltre, la mostra di quadri esposta nella hall. Molto originale!
