Location, staff, good price
No WiFi, is an apartment you share with other people.
Really friendly staff and met some amazing travellers. Super economical and very close to termini station. They had lockers which was a very nice addition.
Internet in my room didn't work the whole time I was there, only in the kitchen but kept cutting out. Staff didn't seem to want to fix it or know how. Very loud in surrounding area, and throughout the house as is shared among many guests.
central location, low prise, helpful receptionist
smelly, noisy area, poor breakfast
Good location, hostel is close to the central station
No wi-fy and cell connection in rooms.
Dishonest owner, after I complained about the cleanliness,he recharged me on my card twice which led to complications that I still have not resolved. Very impolite owner, he raised his voice at us, canceled our reservation on his own.
Very hospitable staff, convenient (but a bit dangerous) location, good caffè for breakfast! A great choice for someone who wouldn't spend too much time in the hostel!
Bad wi-fi connection and not super clean (yet bearable- i would stay there again).
That was the worst guesthouse I've ever been. If I had enough time to choose hostel, I would not go there. Especially if u take a room for 4 people u will not have windows. And one of the staff was yelling at guest.
AC effective Wi-fi good Clean bathroom
Bed linens and towels were not clean. The common area was small and not clean. Only bread and coffee for breakfast.
The hostel is just 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini.
The room is too noisy at night.
-Didn't have enough keys to the room, so we had to leave it unlocked. -Bathroom door didn't lock -WiFi was 'Broken' the entire time even though "The guy was here all day fixing it" 2 days in a row.
Not too far from downtown and the train station. The other guests were the best, friendly and helpful.
Internet didn't work, cheap breakfast food (just enough to call it breakfast), old towels and sheets (with some stains), no window in room, old lumpy mattress and hard pillow. The staff were hit or miss. Most treated you like a chore and burden.
The location of the hotel was very near the train station, making traveling easy. The staff was nice to work with.
Required payment in cash due to non working wifi (storm apparently took it out first day, still didn't work after several days) Felt closer to a hostel than a hotel. Linens and towels were old and tough. Not confident in cleanliness of furniture, dust could be seen in areas. Neighborhood made us feel fairly nervous in evening.
Good location. You have to try Raffaelo's pizza just down the street from Walters guest house. Great calzone and great service for excellent prices. Ask for Raffaelo or that one guy who wears a hat and a rose tattoo on his neck with the petals falling off. They even gave us some free deep fried rice snacks. Awesome dudes.
Wifi didn't exist. Walter was kind of a jerk at first, but he came around after awhile and became a good friend. They definitely lied about the wifi though.
There was no wifi. There was no breakfast on the 3rd morning. I request a compensation for these 2.
The place simple but is good
the bathroom was a little tricky at bath time
That here is kitchen and it is situated in good place' very good owner of hotel
The Staff is really nice and helpfull. It's really close to 2 tube stations.
The room is a bit pricy for what it gives. Sum up: I would recommend.:)
Good location. Kitchen. Satisfactory breakfast.
Small space for breakfast and a lot of noice from the street and the rooms were very close to each other so you heard almost every sound.
The location was close to the Termini Train Station.
I found a pill on the floor when we walked in. We were in a dormitory type room with shared kitchen, which was not very clean. There was a rancid sewerage smell in the bathroom which meant you could not close the windows. The toilet cistern was mounted on the wall and leaked when filling up, to the point that water was pooling on the floor. It was actually the second worst accommodation we have ever stayed in behind Aleppo in Syria. We were not in the main accommodation, but taken to another building in the next block which meant there was no reception. I was charged an extra 2% for using my credit card when checking in. I would NOT recommend this accomodation.
Bed sheet, bath towel blanket should clean,When I wrote family they gave us Dome tree, No juice for B/F, nothing we can say there, No Wi-Fi,Manager is useless kitchen dirty, Bed are useless ,I will not stay anymore if you offer me free also, Please go and visit there. What you shown and they gave me tottaly different ,no bath tub ,no soap,no frige,no locker,And you want me to pay 200 eruo to pay? Please ask someone and they will tell you how is it,infront of my kids your staff drinking BEER,Do you allow this infront of your children?I have more to write but later....
Good location, easy to find. They provide shampoo, toothpaste and so on. Clean and comfortable. It is not that bad as previous comments in the website.
The hotel was within 5 minutes (walking) of the airport. And 20 minutes or so to the train station. Free pastries and coffee!
The area at the place was fine, but I wouldn't walk to the train station after dark.
basicly nothing - the worst place I have ever stayed!!! Avoid as much as you can
Terrible neighbeurhood although close to Termini. The room was so ugly and dirty and stinky it was accually hard to believe. Bed clothes were not even close to fresh.Indian man (staff) very unpleasent- on my complaint he said he will not discuss and we can go elsewhere! TV was broken and they did not even try to fix it, hair dryer worked only from time to time, The Internet is much, much better in any random McDonalds. Terrible, terrible place to stay. waste of money, any money!
very good location staff
room - without window!
We were being the internet will be fixed on day of arrival, we stayed there for three days but this was never fixed despite of the fact we were there for 3 days.
