Smiling staff, helpful, satisfactory internet, not that we had time to use it. Will visit them again.
Place is satisfactory if not looking for luxury
one woman staff was really friendly and kind free towel for every day
The owner Walter was terrible. At night, heater in the room didn't work.It was cold so we asked another blanket but he didn't accept it and started to blame us.He doesn't have enough English skill,it's ok and itself is not his fault but he didn't try to understand us.It was really stressful. Kitchen was so dirty. There was only body soap in the kitchen,so may be they r using it to wash dishes... toilet in the room was so old and noisy. too noisy to sleep at night because the owner and his staff or friends enjoyed to talk loudly even it was late time. It was uncomfortable to stay there.
Oh great friend from Sri Lanka gave us comfort, peace and eating .Very WELL.
The photoshop converts awful rooms in suites. The owner was derisively. shouts the staff and with my observation because i didn't have hot water spoke me in very sharp style. We changed hotel because there is not heat but eventually go back because there was not room. finally gave us remote control for AC? Damaged toilet tanks. Bad breakfast.
free oranges to juice or eat
the place is not very clean, it has insects that were biting me all over my body, the wifi kept on not working in the room, and it was too expensive
The hostel is very specific. There are problems with the plumbing, one of the rooms is separated from the corridor by a low plastic partition. Everything is old and worn out. And good news - I was bitten by bedbugs there.
cheap price close to market Room cleanliness is OK Staff is good
Very poor WIFI Old n shabby like place No Printer No Tram/Metro station near by-10 mins walk almost Little congested.
Ppl r really nice over there. And I had 4 girls room. It's big and price is really cheap in that location. Everything was nice. I think it's good condition for the price. Breakfast is not bad as well. So I do hope ppl who is traveling and try to stay at this hostel don't over expect...cuz how come u expect a 5 star hotel level while u only pay Sth like 20 euros a night?
Wifi is really bad...
Everything was very good! Nice place for the nice price with the good location!
Close walk to Colosseum and Termini station for trains and buses
Incredibly noisy toilet, could not flush at night
Everything. It's just a big disappointment. Extremely expensive for what it is.
The only good thing about this place is that it is close to termini
Wi-fi was impossibly slow; It was always loud until 12 at night; personnel was unwelcoming, unhelpful, rude and selfish, more over they dared raising voice on customers; rooms were dirty, we even had a cockroach in our, toilets were not working properly; ROOM IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL, if you are looking for cheap place, check out Jet Lag room better!
good Internet good brealfast
charged credit card and charged cash at the time of checking in it is said that the credit card money will be returned back, but i check out the hostel 2nd Oct, till now 7th Oct, i did not receive that they paid back money to my credit card..
Very very bad Breakfast, poor wifi connection, owner not friendly and not very clean
Location, staff, good price
No WiFi, is an apartment you share with other people.
Close to train station
I have never taken the time to write a negative review, but this place deserves it. The staff were rude, the place smelled of fish and urine and was disgustingly filthy, facilities didn't work, wifi doesn't reach the rooms, I woke up with bug bites from my bed, over all the most unpleasant experience I had while traveling. The staff would sit on the balcony (which was on the other side of the wall of the rooms and filled with trash) until late at night being very loud, and when asked to quiet down because we were trying to sleep they ignored us and continued to be noisy. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is disgusting and uncomfortable.
Really friendly staff and met some amazing travellers. Super economical and very close to termini station. They had lockers which was a very nice addition.
Internet in my room didn't work the whole time I was there, only in the kitchen but kept cutting out. Staff didn't seem to want to fix it or know how. Very loud in surrounding area, and throughout the house as is shared among many guests.
central location, low prise, helpful receptionist
smelly, noisy area, poor breakfast
Good location, hostel is close to the central station
No wi-fy and cell connection in rooms.
Dishonest owner, after I complained about the cleanliness,he recharged me on my card twice which led to complications that I still have not resolved. Very impolite owner, he raised his voice at us, canceled our reservation on his own.
Very hospitable staff, convenient (but a bit dangerous) location, good caffè for breakfast! A great choice for someone who wouldn't spend too much time in the hostel!
Bad wi-fi connection and not super clean (yet bearable- i would stay there again).
That was the worst guesthouse I've ever been. If I had enough time to choose hostel, I would not go there. Especially if u take a room for 4 people u will not have windows. And one of the staff was yelling at guest.
AC effective Wi-fi good Clean bathroom
Bed linens and towels were not clean. The common area was small and not clean. Only bread and coffee for breakfast.
The hostel is just 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini.
The room is too noisy at night.
