The apartment is part of Downtown srl, a Real Estate company founded and managed by me: Lea Ginevra Ricci. My company is LGBT friendly and open to all culture and religions. I began the job with my private apartment here on Airbnb on 2010, while I was doing something else on my life. I discovered to love this job and I founded Downtown srl, with base in Rome. Times are now really changed in the market. Actually there is a huge offer of thousands of place of any sort of kind: not professional managed (but nether familiarly), with no authorization, out of control, tax free (for the hosts but not for you). I am are really glad to offer something different by the main part of competitors: safe legally licensed places, but still distinguished by an own personality, like my 1st place was, due to my personal love for Interior design and art. Its strengths are surely the location, next the sea and at walking distance by LA Spezia train station , to get Cinque Terre in few minutes, the brightness and the view upon the city park and boats. Wifi, AC, Washing/dry machine, dish washer, Hot water no limit, Led 50' Smart TV In the city center, just in front of the sea. Train station at 15 min walking. Ferry station to Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Portofino just crossing the street. Any kind of shops, restaurant, supermarket in the surroundings About Parking, you have 3 alternatives: - any blue lines in the area (not free) - parking in some white line (free) along Viale Italia, very close - parking at Porto Mirabello harbor , at walking distance (please see on Maps where is located)
