The staff were multilingual and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable and the layout of the hotel is quite interesting. There are seperate areas which give and inviting feel if you want to watch huge TV in the lobby or have a drink at the bar or admire the works of art on the walls. The hotel was'nt that close to the city centre |

The Hotel is new and the room is just excelent! The staff was very helpfull. The location is not so good, its a bit far from the downtown. The internet was not working and the breakfast was not included in the price and if you want to pay its so expensive. |

The staff were courteus and friendly. The hotel needs a renovation. The rooms look worn. The laminate counter in the batroom was pealing and had holes in the surface. The hotel lobby is the only area that looks attractive. |

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean and bedding was changed daily. Although there was entertainment from the bar users across the road, it was not heard due to the double glazing. The breakfast was typically a european buffet, made up of pastries, cakes, and biscuits. The only warm food was scrambled eggs and bacon - not a good selection for vegans |

Good hotel, nice staff. Rooms are not big but convenient. With the electric train number 2 (7 minutes walk) all the important sights of Milan are in reach. Breakfast was extensive, but the quality poor. |

During our stay at Watt Tredici we liked the design of the hotel, the air conditioning, the willingness and courteousness of the staff and the food. We didn't appreciate the poor cleaning of the room, the state of the furniture (worn-out) and the fact the the hotel is really far from the center of Milano. |

Generally a very nice hotel with a modern and light design. The room was very clean and nicely furnished, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the quality and quantity of breakfast was very good.Available parking in the street if hotel's parking is full.Mini fridge was available in the room. Difficult to read the hotel's sign when you arrive late at night(a bigger one is needed).A bit far from the city center but we used our car so can't comment on the availability of public transport. The internet access was expensive. |

The restaurant was closed at 9 p.m. already which I thought was a shame. The street was abandoned and didn't not feel safe. It is on the outskirts of the city. The room was fine but not perfect - although a new development, some things (like bathroom furniture) seem to be taken from elsewhere and are definitely not new. That looks very odd I thought. Balconies are a common area which I thought was rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was fine in terms of food - but rather disorganized in terms of service. |

It's a nice hotel, with very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. In our opinion, it wasn't far from the center. There's a busstop in the same street but the best way to go to the center (duomo, ...) is by tram. There's one few minutes walking from the hotel. |

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. If one wants to go to the duomo and city centre, one should take tram 74 rather than the metro as it is more efficient. |

Recently renovated, Starhotels Ritz is a highly charming property set in the heart of Milan and located in a contemporary building ideal for both tourists and business travellers. |
A great location in one of Milan’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, a unique, contemporary design, and a creative menu available at both lunch and dinner; all this and more at NHOW. |
Enjoy modern comforts at AC Milano, just 300 metres from Porta Garibaldi Station and close to the tram. You can help yourself to free soft drinks from the minibar. |
Situated in the business district and served by the city transport network, the property is set in an impressive palace and is a pleasant retreat for unwinding and getting active. |
