just a little far from downtown...
Free parking, breakfast, clean room
Paid wifi (14kbps!! - pages were loading for minutes at the time or not at all - NOT suitable for anything - way slower than mobile and EXPENSIVE) - one of the staff not even trying to help to resolve this, new one next day helped and got discount for paid wifi. Huge duct pipes just outside above the window making A LOT of noise for an hour and then some break and then again. Until 2a.m. at least.
Staff they moved us to different hotel
bath room facilities are not so good room is small but ok as its a 3 star hotel we think we shouldnt grumble about it
Good value for money Nice modern design Wide variety for breakfast
Room a bit small but cosy and with everything needed. Clean and comfortable. Absolutely delicious breakfast! :) Worth recommending
I enjoyed the breakfast. With enough variety to choose from. Practical bedrooms and simple but efficient bathrooms. Great and friendly staff.
Regretted the TV only being available in Italian, and channels in other languages have to be paid for. And the internet was only allowed for 24 hours, I think for smaller stays, 12 hours should be made available.
Hotel is great, near the center of Milano only 4,6 km with car, breakfast is great, staff wea very friendly...
Free parking is very small and you can't find the place for park, hotel parkig is very expensive 20 euros per day,and the hotel with 4 stars must have free wi-fi, because is 7 euros for 24 hours for this level of hotel is too expensive.
wi fi charge 7 euro
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast.
The bathroom was not clean. Location - if you want to get to the downtown you should use bus and then a tram, no direct link.
- Hotel was clean - Decent breakfast - Pleasant staff - Bus stop near by
- Had to take both a bus AND a tram to get to the city center - Neighborhood can be a little dirty at times - Beds/mattresses were a little uncomfortable
Breakfast is good (ask for coffee - they have a machine in kitchen - much better than on the drinks stand). Value for money is good (at least for two people).
Bathroom was clean but the carpet in the room was sticky. We were 4 people staying in 2 rooms - same situation. If you get a room with the street "view", expect some noise from the nearby club and bar. Although WiFi is 7EUR/day for one device, you can go to the end of the street - the pizzeria there has a free WiFi, while the bar across the street - doesn't (probably a deal with the hotel).
Coffee was good. Breakfast could be more imaginative!
A little too far away from the city.
*rich breakfast in the good dining room *well-equipped quiet room *near bus stop *near Navigli *kind staff
*Navigli canal was without water :) *smell of cigarette in non-smoking room *internet only for additional charge
Attitude of receptionist was very poor ( female ) very abrupt,
Pagar extra por internet en un hotel es absurdo.
Bus to city right outside hotel.
Old fashion to charge for wifi
The bed was nice & big and the price was ok.
The staff weren't great and the wi-fi was slow. The noise from the bar accross the road was loud.
The recepcionists were kind and helpful. Really great breakfast. Despite wi-fi needed to be payed, it worked well. More options for tv channels than other hotels we have been in italy. Nice size of the room.
At first we did not like the neighborhood, but it was not a problem and also there were supermarkets and restaurants really near. Small private free parking.
Staff. Since I am in this business to i know how hard is sometimes with people and how much effort you need to make in order to be polite. The biggest value of this hotel is staff.
i reach the hotel around 14:00. And I waited for almost 2 hours before they check me in. The treatment of the grill in the reception was very bad. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone
Location is not bad if you have a car
- excellent buffet breakfast - room nice and clean (as you'd expect from a 4-star hotel) - very good value for money (got a very good fare, not sure this is standard) - supermarket close by, on the road to the tram station - nice people in hotel staff
- slightly off center - around 30-45 minutes to almost anywhere in the historic-center (walking + public transportation), but we knew that before our stay
- Nice personel - Good breakfest - Clean and nice room - Nice appearance of the hotel
- It's a little bit too far from the downtown
Staff super friendly and helpful and room good for price and breakfast substantial
-the hotel has very nice modern design - personnel was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay -spacious rooms with good beds (it was one of the few hotels where the pillows were perfect for the sleep) -good breakfast with variety of choice - quick check-in and check-out services -a lot of restaurants near to the hotel, giving a lot of possibility for dining -sound isolation in rooms was great-we have received a room on the 1st floor with windows on the road and restaurants (stay Thursday-Saturday) and haven't heard a thing from outside in the room during the night time despite the crowded street. -for those who travel by car there is a free parking in front of the hotel
- for those who need or wish to travel to the city centre without a car-the hotel is a bit away from the city centre (didn't affect our work at all though)
