Friendly, helpful, close to airport, clean, looks new and comfortable!

The owner pre-booked a taxi for me for a 5 am pickup. It actually worked and I made my flight.

Being right next to the Rome Airport, it was very noisy with jet engine roar all day and most of the night. It was remote and it was a 20 euro taxi to the terminal; although one taxi driver charged me 30 euros. The owner didn't alert me to the fact that the morning I was to leave was when they changed to daylight saving time so there was a desperate scramble to get ready to go.

Comfortable room. Very clean. Near the airport.

Breakfast is served at the bar and meal should be available at any time during the breakfast hours.

Next to airport at a good price. Staff was helpful and called taxi for us. Nice folks at the hotel and there is a large market 3 blocks away too. There is pizza sold there. We stayed there over night.

While it is one of the closer hotels to the Fiumicino Airport, it is still a 10 minute drive to or from the terminal. It requires a taxi. (The hotel will arrange a taxi for a reasonable charge).

Clean and what appeared to be updated room facilities and nice enough and helpfull staff.

It is not an hotel in terms of "hotelerie" standards even within Italy's/Europe hotel standards. It's a motel type facility separated by a tin plastic flowered wall between and attached to a gas station and pumps directly in the Fiugicimo airport flight path. It is also quite far from any facilities and quite expensive in taxi fair if one wants to go anywhere.

The room was clean and comfortable. Its a motel rather than a hotel. Breakfast provided. For a person who want a night stay to catch a flight this would fit in, not for tourist. Location is far off from rome.

Its location. if you want to visit Rome , rather choose a hotel nearby. bus facility not frequent and not timely. You have spend 60 euros for taxi to reach rome. duration of around 50 mins. or get taxi to airport for 145euro and use shuttle facilty or train ( varies 10 to 14 euro). to reach rome.

It was handy for the airport as we were meeting up with friends.

The hotel was very close to runway and a main road, so it was very noisy as flights didn't stop until midnight and started again at 4 am!! Handy for a short overnighter, but not for longer, as it is basic, no chairs in the room, so you have to sit on bed! Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. About ten minutes to and from airport , so very useful for for early morning flights.

Very difficult to find for the sign is very small near a gaze station.

It is budget-friendly, close to nice beaches and a nice restaurant.

There is confusion between the name "Hotel" and "Motel" - it should be made clear that it is a motel (it is NOT a hotel) - this has important implications in terms of cost and expectations of facilities. Although not far from Fiumicino Airport, it takes a ridiculous time to travel to it (thus expensive taxi) and is difficult to find (our taxi driver had trouble).

no shuttle bus from air port to hotel taxi ncost between 15 and 20 dollars each way. breakfast is very basic.

it was convient for us as we were flying out next morning.

it was clean, and has arrangement with resturant for dinner if you have no car.

The room is not clean, thay are advertising , that the room inclood breakfast, the only food we saw there is two rols in plastic bag with ants traveling in tha bag. i'm sure that i will not recomend go to that "hotel"

The breakfast is too simple, one biscuit and one tea. The location is close to the airport, but just behind a petrol station. For 2 days it was good, but for more I would recommend an other motel.

The staff is so friendly.. Very professional! The location is good not very far to Fiumicino. It takes about 13 min and a taxi will cost 15 euros.

The ac needs to be fixed. It works but you need to stick something to keep it open. Otherwise It wont cool up the room.

Located about 500 mtrs from the East end of the runway , airplanes make a terrible noise about 30 mtrs overhead , planes leave every 1.5 minutes and only stopped at midnight and started again at 0600.... noise made me crazy and add to that the smell of jet engine exhaust! Might be OK when the airplaes take off the other way.

It's good for people having early flight or late flight to stay a night. Very comfortable and clean. The reception can speak English well and he is nice! He called taxi for us when we arrived and also for the taxi in the morning for the flight.

We have to take a taxi to go there, as they don't have a shuttle bus... The taxi is EUR15 one way...

Kitschy, retro place to stay. Very close to the airport. Don't let the gas station entrance scare you away. Staff was very helpful. Clean, affordable rooms in a safe area. Great location near the beach and the airport.

Just cots in the rooms, nothing like the pictures online and noisy all night form planes. Breakfast was a instant cup of coffee and a granola bar
