no moscitonet the first night no airconditon
Very good location, close to the city and the conference centre
Difference between Advertisement claims and reality. B&B its not, private bathroom you don't have. If advertised honestly and the land lady paying more attention to her customers, it may become a recommendable place.
It's a good location if you have a car,it's a parking place near the hotel.
You have to know, the bathroom is shared if the hotel it's full.
Cheap room, 30 minutes walk from city center, where prices are MUCH higher. Free parking!
Close to the airport, much noise from landing airplanes. Personel wasn't at place though we arrived at check-in time, must call expensive international calls to ask them come to reception.
it was very dirty and they selled a room with bathroom and we had to share it with someone else!!! we were looking for a private parking and they hadn t parking we left the car on the public stree, we need the wifi and it doesn t work!!!!!!!!
The lady who serviced us was not hospitable and tried to give us a different apartment that was not paid and was appalling. We had to call her to advise of the mistake and after hesitation she come back and gave us the correct one. Note that the shared bathroom was not advised on the booking.com website and we were lucky we were with out in laws or I would have had to share with strangers. They call themselves bed and breakfast but was not provided. Will never visit this place and will not recommend to anyone
The rooms were set up well, but kind of had the feel of a hostile.
The area does not look good. The building has trash on the sides and there's a condom dispenser at the front of the Bed and Breakfast. We called the owner and she came out the place, she said she doesn't take credit cards ONLY cash. That's not what my reservation said. We had a party of 12 renting 4 bedrooms, we didn't have enough cash and although we told her the reservations said they took cards she wouldn't. She also told us breakfast was extra, but it only includes: Jelly, butter, coffee, but no bread! And because there were 12 of us, she would prefer we went elsewhere to get breakfast. This is advertised as a BED AND BREAKFAST, though, she just wasn't going to provide it. The showers were rusty and didn't look very clean, luckily we carry flip flops when we travel, just in case. There was a sign that stated breakfast was from 8-8:30 ONLY! Some of the outlets in the bedrooms didn't have covers and looked like a hazard. The bedrooms were provided 2 Car shop towels per room, we had 4 people per room as scheduled. Some TV's didn't work in the rooms. The feel was just wrong but the reservation had been made, and we didn't want to lose on the money she said she would charge our credit cards---ironically. Will never stay here again! Oh, and I took pictures of all this in case I need to prove it.
Not personal attention Bad internet connection
- not too far from city center
- We arrived on check-in time but no one was there to receive us, had to call and wait 20 mins (though i was said it would only take 5) - A new concept of Bed & Breakfast where you have to pay extra for the breakfast (didn't do it) - Room description says "private bathroom" but it was shared - Moldy bathrooms - Planes fly over it constantly
Interior of room
VERY noisy (constructions in the neighbourhood, planes flying above) Staff was never there, you have to call on phones always Wifi wasn't working
close to the center price
very noisy place (near of airport and on main street with strong traffic) shared toilet and bathroom in the hallway no paking guarantee (but possible)
The host was great and attentive and welcoming. She gave us great tips on what to see and do, and, most appreciatedly, honoured our request of a room with a terrace or a balcony. We were able to relax and spend the early parts of the day in the garden in complete peace and tranquility. The front garden is filled with jasmine flowers which are so pretty and smell divine! We were interested to know if the TV worked, and the host (I never learned her name) apologised that it did not but returned the next day with a TV box. The place has a lovely rustic charm with sunflowers being a main feature, and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower worked. We were pointed in the direction of Il Mio Carapaccio, an Italian restaurant down the road where we had a great night filled with waiters with personality, lovely food and limoncello aplenty!! I would definitely return, but only for the terrace room :)
The breakfast was atrocious. It only cost 3eur pp/pd, which covered our tea and coffee on the following day accompanied by our own supplies. Sweet biscuits and dried bread (bruschetta type stuff?) with extra sweet jam is not a favoured way to start the day, and I wish I had known what to expect so I could have prepared by bringing my own fruit! Still, 3 euros just about covered the tea and coffee :) Also, it's probably just a misunderstanding about the term B&B, but breakfast should be included if it stated that it is a B&B you are paying for! Another thing I was not used to was the fact that we were locked out when we arrived! Nobody answered our knocks/rings of the bell, and we had to use our British phone to call the owner to come and meet us - she stated 5 mins, but was 20mins. Luckily the garden is very pretty with lovely jasmine and beautiful tiled tables; but if you had been travelling all day and just wanted a shower and somehwere to rest your head, this does not live up to the name 'Welcome B&B' !! We clocked this up to the 'Italian way' ;) …. Also, we could only pay with cash which was due to the card machine/wifi being down. The place is beautiful and clean with some lovely old features, and I would definitly return to stay in the terraced room with my own breakfast!!
