Hotel très convivial, propre. Personnel serviable et très sympathique. Proche du centre de Legnano, charmante petite ville avec beaucoup de commerces. Petit déjeuner copieux. Dommage que les hotels profitent des expositions professionnelles sur Milan pour gonfler leurs prix. Le prix normal de l'hotel correspond à ses prestations, mais c'est cher pendant l'expo.

L'hotel est très correcte. Pas vieux et bien agencé. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées car on entend les personnes passer dans le couloir ou le voisin qui écoute sa tv. Les prix des hôtels durant le foire de Milan sont excéssifs. Pour cet hotêl, j'ai du payer d'avance.

Ero al Welcome perchè dovevo portare mia figlia a fare una visita a Castellanza , viaggio quasi esclusivamente per I problemi di salute di mia figlia quindi non sto molto a guardare il "contorno". Però ero contenta di avere l'auto nel garage dell'albergo perchè non sempre si trova posto e che il giorno dopo ho raggiunto facilmente la clinica. No a parte il fatto che all'arrivo ho dovuto pagare la camera mentre mi era stato detto che era una prepagata con carta di credito , non c' è stato nessun altro problema.

Non ho passato molto tempo in Hotel considerando che per motivi personali ho passato le intere giornate all'esterno. Sicuramente lo staff è stato molto gentile specialmente la ragazza del ricevimento con gli occhiali e la ragazza della sala per il breakfast. Mi dispiace ma non conosco I loro nomi anche perchè non si sono mai presentati. Ho soggiornato 4 notti, il terzo giorno e quindi la mia ultima notte hanno cambiato le lenzuola come da prassi ma forse sarabbe stato meglio effettuare il cambio un giorno prima e non sprecare un cambio per una sola notte. Credo che personalizzare il servizio potrebbe darvi risultati migliori. Ho consumato al bar per due sere, nessuno mi ha fatto firmare un buono. Non mi è piaciuto dormire con il copriletto che è poco igenico, questo pezzo dovrebbe essere rimosso dopo il check in.
