Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.

Score from 849 reviews Excellent
I booked the Junior Suite with 4 single beds. But actually the 2 beds are sofa, which is not mentioned when I book this hotel.
location, we traveled by train couple of minutes from station.room very spacious very clean. staff very friendly and helpful.
nothing major, would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in room.
Well-maintained hotel with friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast and clean, well-equipped rooms. The location is near the train station but in a decent area.
The lobby is not particularly spacious. Otherwise no particular problems encountered.
The location is excellent for tourists using public transport. Very near to the train station as well as the subway. We could get around with ease. A wise choice! Clean, neat and comfortable.
Great location, well furnitured rooms, good breakfeast, historical town can easily be available just by walking
The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The building is charming, as most older Roman buildings are. The self-serve breakfast is good. The hotel is conveniently located very near to Roma Termini. There's a nice terrace with hot tub on the roof.
It was expensive. The room was on the small side. The breakfast cost extra. There were very few channels available on the in-room TV. Drinks on the terrace are very expensive.
Near train Walking distance to most places Nice rooms, clean and very comfortable, great staff.
Bar was super expensive
Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Reception very rude, arrogant and aggressive on numerous occasions during my 3 day stay. When I asked to speak to the manager there didn't appear to be one for the entire stay. Advise to not book this hotel due to staff.
The location, the rooftop terrace, Ameto the very friendly person in the restaurant. He made the visit very pleasant.
The noisy air conditioner in the room. The lack of view in the room, actualy almost no window at all.
So close to Termini. Good breakfast bucfet
The location close to the termini train station just about 5 min walk.
The shower room is very small. The room quite old. I think not value for the price.
The fact that the train came directly to the termini which was probably a five minute walk from the hotel was great. Hop on hop off buses also in same central area as well as bus and metro. If you wanted to walk, lots within walking distance. Also very quiet both outside and inside the hotel for sleep. As well, great breakfast but at an added cost.
No bathtub. But great water temperature and shower. Also, "hot tub" on roof of hotel which was much anticipated after a full day of walking, was stone cold. When mentioned to staff, they replied, "only cold water, not hot"!
staff Design Spacious room
Parcing expensive Have to recive renovation
Very clean. Friendly staff, carefully addressing concerns/requests; great experience; highly recommended; thank you very much!
The hotel has an excellent location. Termini and a host of bus ststions are just a couple of minutes walk. Lots of dining options around the hotel. Via nazonale ( also a couple of minutes walk) has shopping options.
The pricing could have been better as most hotels in the area are around E 100/night.
I was re routed to Rome on a flight and booked this hotel from the airport as I boarded the plane. Got off a red-eye and was so happy to find this hotel was 1) 3 blocks from the train station and 2) my room was ready for me to pass out in for a few hours. It was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was lovely. And when I wandered in late night after a long day of sight seeing, I - a single woman traveling alone- felt totally safe walking back to it. Really happy with my experience.
Good breakfast, lovely terrace bar easy enough location to get around Rome with the collesseum just down the road! Clean rooms and loved the old fashioned style lift!
'Double bed' was two singles pushed together and not very comfortable at all. Also reception staff have wrong information about public transport times back to the airport causing us to nearly miss flight so always double check yourself don't rely on staff.
No tea/coffee facilities.
Location near Termini station easy walk to tourist attractions in central Rome. Did exactly what was needed for an overnight stay en route.
Good Break fast, very good location as Roma Termini is walking distance, so you have good connectivity to other local visits, airports etc.
As such nothing to be mentioned
Great location not far from train & bus station so you don't have to drag your heavy case too far! Within walking distance of most attractions. All the staff where very friendly & helpful.
Room was smaller than expected, but as we weren't spending too much time there it didn't really matter. The shower room has to be the smallest I have ever seen & the shower was hardly more than a trickle! A/C wasn't the best either!
- very good breakfast, you can choose from many dishes, even champain - clean room - very good location, from Ciampino airport direct bus at only 4€ - metro and bus station at 3 min walk
- very noisy from neighbours - very poor breakfast box when early check-out. We announced a day before, but in the moment to leave the boxes where not ready, but nothing was cooked, only jam, bread, banna and juice.
Room furniture worn looking, but some might say it makes the character of the hotel.
Clean and central location
