Location neer train station
We arrived late after a terrible day of travel, the staff were excellent n accomadating , the restaurant staff kept the restaurant opened late for us n were so lovely! Location is perpect soo near the station but quiet at night! 10 out of 10 is how I'd rate my stay there
good service good location
Location, 1 minute walk to the buses and tram Clean, nicely air conditioned, good wifi in the room, everything needed is there for good value
The hotel is connected to a private apartment - did not know and accidentally walked down the stairs of the private apartment where we were scolded by an Italian local asking us "How did you get in!? How did you get in?! This is not a hotel!" which was bit of an unpleasant (and scary at that moment, as he seemed extremely angry) experience
Location was gr8…. easy reach to everything...
The Breakfast needs much improvement….. Powdered eggs …. powdered yoghurt… Ewwww … tin fruit…. Some fresh cut fruit at least would be nice…
They need to put a kettle for tea & coffee in the rooms
It was in a good position. Staff was very good and helpful. Tha
That out stay was to short
location, good food, frienly staff
We found the Piram to be a good quality hotel, right by the train station and very good value for money.
Large room, excellent breakfast.
We were on the sixth floor and there were some problems with the elevator.
location, price, excellent staff
if you turn off the air-conditioning in your room, either a central computer or staff at the reception think they know better the temperature suitable for you: they simply turn it on again (orwell: big brother is watching)
There is nothing you can complain about.Friendly staff, excellent and clean hotel, 3mins walk to Metro - Bus Station - Train Station. On one side Va Nazzionale and on the other Via del Corso, the two main roads. What else do you need?
An elegant, gorgeous hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Front desk were prompt to any queries. Rooms were clean & spotless. Breakfast was amazing with a huge range. Location is close walking distance to train and bus stations and walking distance to shops and attractions.
Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Additional cost for the rooftop jacuzzi pool. Noise from other residents on the floor above and when returning late at night.
The hotel is very close to the station and to the bus for the airport. The staff is rather friendly and understanding . We spent three nights and we liked the breakfast, the clean room with facilities we needed after hot days in Rome walking miles and miles.
Our first room 124 was overlooking an inner yeard where the air-conditioning system was very noisy and the air unbreathable. The staff changed it after the first night which made us stay for the booked period. (We would have moved to another hotel, there are many around and better).
Location is perfect Rooms are spacious Bathroom OK
Temperature in the room (AC is on or off) Noise from the Streets (ask for a room on the back, if you want to sleep with the windos open.
Very helpful staff and comfortable rooms and beds
everything about the hotel
a bit of disorder around Termini railway station
Everything. Perfect hotell for exploring Rome, when arriving with train.
The hotel's location is excellent next to Termini station, however it is very quiet. The recepionists were very helpful especially Ludovica who always served us with a smile.
Breakfast was always the same. And the ac was a bit too noisy.
Very good location near train station, bus stand and metro. Lots of restaurants and facilities around the hotel. Both spacious and not so spacious rooms.
First room had an air-conditioner that did not work. Hotel changed the room the next day. New room was smaller, however the air-conditioner did work here, though not to my desired temperature. The air-conditioners have to be turned on from reception for some strange reason.
Everything about this hotel. Our room was lovely as were the helpful staff, and the brilliant breakfast (included in price). So close to Stazione Termini and the Metro. We'd definitely stay here again.
All good! :)
Attention to customer service especially air conditioning problems
Convenient location, courteous (but not always accommodating) staff.
Breakfasts were unvaried, sometimes same food from previous day, coffee machines not always working
