Score from 754 reviews Very good
The location, the rooftop terrace, Ameto the very friendly person in the restaurant. He made the visit very pleasant.
The noisy air conditioner in the room. The lack of view in the room, actualy almost no window at all.
So close to Termini. Good breakfast bucfet
The location close to the termini train station just about 5 min walk.
The shower room is very small. The room quite old. I think not value for the price.
staff Design Spacious room
Parcing expensive Have to recive renovation
Very clean. Friendly staff, carefully addressing concerns/requests; great experience; highly recommended; thank you very much!
The hotel has an excellent location. Termini and a host of bus ststions are just a couple of minutes walk. Lots of dining options around the hotel. Via nazonale ( also a couple of minutes walk) has shopping options.
The pricing could have been better as most hotels in the area are around E 100/night.
I was re routed to Rome on a flight and booked this hotel from the airport as I boarded the plane. Got off a red-eye and was so happy to find this hotel was 1) 3 blocks from the train station and 2) my room was ready for me to pass out in for a few hours. It was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was lovely. And when I wandered in late night after a long day of sight seeing, I - a single woman traveling alone- felt totally safe walking back to it. Really happy with my experience.
Good breakfast, lovely terrace bar easy enough location to get around Rome with the collesseum just down the road! Clean rooms and loved the old fashioned style lift!
'Double bed' was two singles pushed together and not very comfortable at all. Also reception staff have wrong information about public transport times back to the airport causing us to nearly miss flight so always double check yourself don't rely on staff.
No tea/coffee facilities.
Location near Termini station easy walk to tourist attractions in central Rome. Did exactly what was needed for an overnight stay en route.
Good Break fast, very good location as Roma Termini is walking distance, so you have good connectivity to other local visits, airports etc.
As such nothing to be mentioned
Great location not far from train & bus station so you don't have to drag your heavy case too far! Within walking distance of most attractions. All the staff where very friendly & helpful.
Room was smaller than expected, but as we weren't spending too much time there it didn't really matter. The shower room has to be the smallest I have ever seen & the shower was hardly more than a trickle! A/C wasn't the best either!
- very good breakfast, you can choose from many dishes, even champain - clean room - very good location, from Ciampino airport direct bus at only 4€ - metro and bus station at 3 min walk
- very noisy from neighbours - very poor breakfast box when early check-out. We announced a day before, but in the moment to leave the boxes where not ready, but nothing was cooked, only jam, bread, banna and juice.
Room furniture worn looking, but some might say it makes the character of the hotel.
Clean and central location
Provided maps and directions, arranged taxi to the airport, restaurant suggestions. We arrived before check in time but they stored our luggage and it was in the room when we got back later that day.
Location Friendly Staff
Overpriced Their was a misunderstanding regarding our luggage, we left it with them before check in, and once we came back they didnt have a clue where it was. Fortunately they figured it out in 20 -25 mins. There wasnt even a kettle in the room!!! Phone wasnt working. Generally i had high expectation as per the reviews but it was a let down.
Location, Room and facilities
Card system was not working correctly. Not enough information given by staff about why things were not as they should be .Took about 40 minutes to check in
It was very clean and the room and bathroom had a lot of space close to restaurants and hop on hop off bus. The roof top area was good also to have a drink
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with directions and advice on a number of occasion. Great location for train station and also the city town bus. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast at the hotel was extremely poor with poor selection and quality. We were lead to believe we had access to a HOT tub on the roof however this was actually too cold to enter and the spa was an additional charge which we were not made aware of. This was one of the main reasons we selected the hotel and were disappointed by this.
location and room and staff all great
lovely rooftop bar which is too expensive to use .6 EUROS for a black coffee - ditch the biscuits, lower the prices by a euro or two and it could be a great place to relax after a hard day in rome
Lovely Hotel and staff
no directions to/from room to lobby.
Easy 10 min. walk from Rome Tremini train station. Hotel room was spacious, well lite, comfortable bed, and air conditioned. The location was great for the train station, metro, and buses (including “hop-on/hop-off” tours).
The bathroom was adequate. The shower was small in the corner with a shower curtain, but the drainage system was not designed to handle a large flow of water. Unless you keep the shower on very low flow, water filled most of the bathroom, but not really a problem.
Location, decoration, staff. The lady at the front desk is really nice.
a little expensive.... and it cost 50 euro to call a car to the airport
It was very easy to become lost. Where was the lift? Round and round we went! Place was too big for us.
