Hotel needs a bit restoration...
Very good location Very friendly service, Very good room, Clean bathroom, Friendly service. I would recommend!
breakfast, location, service
smell from the bathroom
General location and overall facilities and staff very good for the money
No toilet paper
Very good staff
Location was ideal 5-10 minute walk from Colosseum, close to bars and restaurants, 30 seconds from metro
Poor wifi and was a couple of bugs in the bathroom. Although it didn't bother me it bothered my girlfriend
The hotel itself is lovely! The staff are very attentive and welcoming( especially Beatrice). The rooms are clean and have a mini bar ( any drink you want can be requested - for a price of course) there is a complementary toiletries basket with a shower cap , shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The location is great for connecting to other parts of rome ( a 5 min walk to Termini!), however the area is not the best, graffiti in many places just like in most cities, the location doesnt show case Rome's beauty but it does have its own charm in its own way. Please bear in mind when you book that this is in a city right near the main train station- there will be noise, many people seemed to complain about the noise on many different sight, but its what you expect from the area. I would definitely reccomend this hotel, all main sights are within easy walking distance! Thank you Welcome Piram Hotel for making our holiday very enjoyable!
Nice and helpful reception staff, very spacious room and bathroom, convenient location. Overall, an excellent value for money.
The room was very spacious and I could see out into the city in Roma.
Everything was fine
Clean room, wifi and fact that there is a sauna, quite ok steam room.
Waiting times upon check in although I checked in online after an email the hotel staff sent me. Sauna open from 3 to 8pm only, extremely small and not hot, only cold shower, the second shower not working, no changing space, no bath robes available when I arrived although it was empty. Room: air conditioner not working and no remote to it, extremely noisy street, I extra requested a quiet room, very small TV high on the wall, no bath tub, shower holder and doors are broken. Sink does not hold water. Double bed that I requested consists of two single beds!!! No fridge, bad insulation, you can hear steps from people above and in the corridor all the time. Conclusion: If it was a cheap hotel, I would not expect all this. Otherwise - bad quality for a lot of money, even in no season time.
Hotel was lovely the staff were very helpful! The room was nice and the location was perfect minutes walk from termini! :-) would recommend!!
If I was to be fussy id say the lift was really slow..
The location was in walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The walls were paper thin, so a variety of noises from other rooms could be heard. We didn't take breakfast but for €30 for us both would have made the trip much more expensive.
Too much noise in the morning around 6 am...
Our family got bitten by bedbugs. The reception told me that we would be fine and they changed the rooms. But, our family kept being tortured all over the body. After coming back home, the parts of being bitten were getting worse. I kept going to a doctor. I have never experienced ever before. I sent e-mail to the hotel, but there is never a reply.
No wifi in room
Very high charges for Late checkout
The hotel was situated in a good position in Rome. Close to everything you need. My room and facilities were in good order. The staff were most welcome and helpful.

The room doors are difficult to open, the card doesn't work sometime.
