The rooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were very fiendly and were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A kettle was provided on request and having the free use of a safe was a bonus. The only downside was the location, it does take quite a while to travel to the centre, especially at peak times, although the public transport system is excellent and cheap. |

The manager(Luccianna) was a most impressive host.She is fluent in several languages.Her knowledge of Rome was greatly appreciated.Her intelligence,charisma,charity and committment to her guests was most memorable.Dont leave without eating here."Mama Anita" makes the most delicious meals.If Rome is the "Eternal City" then this is where God & his Angels come to eat.It truly is "home away from home" |

Calm location and some personal details of the people of the hotel. Since there was no telephone in the rooms and they helped us to call. There's no clarity with aspects regarding the collection.They tried to me to receive the money before the arriving at hotel,before the 18:00,thing that this outside the norms of BOOKING.They forced to pay all the service in advance to me.They querian t'me t'make think that they could not receive with visa by false"technicals problems"when right 2hr has did already proved.Far from city.SPAexpansive |

The staff was very good and helpful..they are ready to answer always any question. The hotel is very far from downtown and very hard to find it. They need to have bigger sign to make guests arrive easier. |

The staff were extremely friendly, and the receptionistspoke english, french and spanish and so was able to explain lots of things, give good advice etc. Also the shuttle service into the town at around 10.30 each day was very useful as getting the bus and tube in was a hassle. The wellness centre was fantastic, it was lovely - definitely pay the extra for it. Possibly worth saying that our room with a "garden view" had the shutters down permanently and so we could not see the garden. But this may well have been because of the head. |

It would be a lot easier if all prices are charged in Pound Sterling and payments made directly to your site. The bath could do with refurbishments. Window curtains and four poster bed curtains needs to be washed. |
