Nuovo, camere pulite e discretamente arredate. Gentilezza dello staff al buffet della colazione. Ho scelto questo hotel in quanto vicino all'aeroporto di Verona, poichè l'aereo di riento dalle vacanze sarebbe atterrato alle 2 e mezza di notte. La scelta si è invece rivelata molto poco felice. 1) sui documenti booking.com era indicata "via staffali", che su google maps o sul GPS non esiste. Esiste invece una "via staffani". Il personale dell'hotel ci ha poi detto che "è uguale". 2) Hotel irragiungibile senza GPS! Un solo cartello stradale in prossimità dell’aeroporto e poi più niente. Ho trovato l’albergo dopo aver girato per più di mezz’ora alle 4 e mezza del mattino! 3) All’arrivo, fatto presente il disagio. Risposta: “non so che dirle, io non sono di qui”. Mi chiedo se simili standards siano realmente accettabili per un 4stars hote |

hotel dicht gelegen bij vliegveld van Verona. Hotel lijkt net nieuw, frisse inrichting. Vriendelijk personeel. airco was niet zelf bij te stellen. Ik vond hem te koud staan, zeker voor 's nachts. ontbijt was redelijk, maar kennelijk echt op z'n italiaans; veel te veel zoetigheden, weinig echt brood. |

ho apprezzato la estrema disponibilità a mettere il cliente a prorpio agio aiutandolo nelle sue richieste, per esempio nel mio caso a trovare un taxi per andare all'aereoporto alle 5 del mattino |

Gentile lo staff, buona la colazione, pulizia della camera, posizione vicina all'aeroporto. Nel bagno arrivava aria troppo fredda dall'aria condizionata e non si poteva regolare per riscaldarla. |
