This is a beautiful, brand new hotel. The swimming pool and rest area are just fabulous. The hotel is located in middle of nowhere. Only go there if you have a car. There is nothing at walking distance. Public transportation is poor. A cab to downtown Verona coasts € 24. I sampled this hotel among those offering free shuttle to the airport; however I could not benefit from this since my flight was at 7:35 AM and the suttle service starts at 8:00 AM! It would be fair that booking.com or the hotel reimbouse me the € 12 I paid for the cab to the airport. Staff is quite rude. |

La cercanía al aeropuerto. Las instalaciones y el servicio no están a la altura de lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas. La decoración de las habitaciones son vigas de hormigón vista pintado y el techo de prefabricados también pintado. Está en un polígono industrial y el entorno es agreste. El servicio de shuttle bus gratuito al aeropuerto no es de fiar, lo ponen y lo quitan a su conveniencia. |
