Excellent location to the Arno river ,train station,bus station,that u can go there by walking from hotel regarding the hotel I got excellent room with big balcony viewing direct the river,staff were V.helpfull,breakfast was nice and many selections actually it deserve it's price Only if there tea and coffee facility in the room and Internet free wi- fi the will be 100% satisfy

Отличное месторасположение отеля, на набережной реки Арно. Доступность главных достопримечательностей Флоренции. Взяли номер с видом на реку, не пожалели. Номер просторный, комфортный, с ванной и душевой. Останавливались на 7 ночей, в номер бесплатно приносили шампанское с закусками, а в последний день пребывания бутылку вина с ассорти из сыров. Было приятно получить комплимент от отеля. Вечерами в холе отеля была живая музыка-фортепиано. Не очень приветливый персонал. Скудный завтрак.

Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und fielen durch ihre guten Englischkenntnisse auf, was in Italien selbst in einem 5-Sterne-Haus nicht selbstverständlich ist. Überraschend vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Tutto! La posizione è buona, il personale è altamente professionale e molto gentile, le camere sono pulitissime, ben arredate e molto confortevoli. E' sicuramente un 5 stelle di buonissimo livello.

обратили внимание на этот отель в предыдущей поездке, когда жили в савой на площади республики. там было страшно шумно и суетливо, несмотря на то, что взяли номер с окнами во двор. здесь - тишина и спокойствие с ласковым видом на реку арно в 10 минутах от самого центра. сказка. отличный бонус к удачному расположению и действительно умиротворяющему виду - почти идеальный персонал, парковка, кофейный йогурт на завтрак и неслышные соседи) берут сутки на то, чтобы погладить брюки и платье. справедливости ради - экспресс делают за пару часов, но с соответствующим ценником.

Realmente um hotel excelente!!! Funcionários muito prestativos, tudo muito bem organizado, restaurante fenomenal, quartos muito bons... Como disse é, realmiente, um hotel excelente. Não consigo indicar nada, pois seria injusto.

Representatief, heel vriendelijk personeel prachtig dakterras Beetje muffig (letterlijk),ook bij weinig gasten duurt het eindeloos voordat in het restaurant wordt geserveerd. Hele trage en daardoor slechts beperkt bruikbare internetverbinding

風格がある 部屋の掃除に来たのが夕方の５時過ぎで既に休んでいたし、バスタオルが取り替えてなく、バスタブも掃除がし- ていなかった。５星ホテルでありながら大変不満。

Location. Very quick response by staff to requests. Seste restaurant was very disappointing. The food was pretentious, did not taste good and was overpriced. I barely ate a quarter of my first and second courses. The room was very small, with about 1-2 feet of space around the bed. Wireless access to the internet is 50 Euros per 24 hours.
