The assistance provided by the Concierge

The main restaraunt, housed on the rooftop, was closed and had been for some time due a licencing issue. This was the main reason for booking the hotel, so I was therefore very dissappointed. I was also dissappointed that, as the top hotel in Florence, it did not have a swimming pool.

La situacion

La decoracion de la cadena Westin, no me gusta, desvirtuan la clase y el estilo de todos los hoteles , ya lo he observado en otros de la misma cadena tambien, El Maria Cristina de San Sebastian por ejemplo o el Palace de Madrid.
