Only stayed one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Purchased catering for our aircraft and was very satisfied. Great location. Some contruction going on causing outside noise. |

It was very nice hotel, in very good central location, it offered excellent food and drinks... I think that the hotel needs recontruction, the bathrooms look quite old and used. |

The assistance provided by the Concierge The main restaraunt, housed on the rooftop, was closed and had been for some time due a licencing issue. This was the main reason for booking the hotel, so I was therefore very dissappointed. I was also dissappointed that, as the top hotel in Florence, it did not have a swimming pool. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer. Hotel ligt heel centraal, maar toch in rustig gebied. Eten in restaurant is heel goed. Ontbijt is te prijzig: € 39,-- per persoon. |
