Very good deal, comfort and helpful staff at reception Do not understand why additional services (bar, minibar, breakfast) are offered at such over the top prices.Breakfast is E 37! What breakfast is worth that kind of money? |

Exceptional service from hotel staff, particularly at reception. Location of hoptel was excellent (short walk in to main tourist areas and central station. Also very handy for the tram network. The breakfast prices were exceptionally high. |

The hotel is very good , the food, the room, Spa are excellant. The service you have to reconsider. You have to do the room service 24 hours, some times when we call for service, nobody is there to attend the call. In the lobby when we had a business discussion, there was nobody is there to attend from the restaurant. Ofcourse the restaurant is inside, but you can extend the service to the lobby also as other similar hotels do. when the guests sit in the lobby, somebody should come and ask tea/coffee and if you can't serve in the lobby, atleast can direct that "we have restaurent inside so please come inside". This kind of service we expect. |

i like the concierge they are so helpful, the lefts r so quickly and this is a good thing, there are a scurity man in the lobby and the area near the hotel is so nice with a lot of cafes, restaurant and shops the reception stuff are not aware of everything except one lady the reception manager and other guy who talks arabic if you ask them a question or if you have a complain they can answear you or solve a problem. i didnt like the carpet of my room its so old and dusty . |

I did not like the fact that I was left waiting for the delievry of my luggage upon arrival. I arrived very tired from a previous business trip and the first thing I wanted to do was shower, and found that I was calling reception to ask where my luggage was and requested that it be brought to my room. I also did not like the fact that there was no ironing facilities in the room. After a call with hotel staff I was informed that due to italian law, it was prohibited, and was therefore offered a "pressing" service first thing in the morning. Considering that I was staying for nearly a week, I could not afford to send all my clothes for the pressing service, and after insisting that all I needed was some time with an iron to iron my own clothes, the hotel staff were kind enough to arrange for delivery of an iron for me to use for 30 minutes! Extremely tired, I then spent 60 minutes ironing all my clothes as it was the only opportunity that I had to be near an iron! Accepted that it is italian law, but exceptions should be made for guests, maybe have a guest ironing room if necessary. This way you will also avoid people going out to purchase their own travel irons, which would have been my next step if I hadn't been given the opportunity to borrow one. |

Good location that it is close to the shopping district, central station, and not far from the Linate airport, while it maintains a certain level of luxury for leisure. a bit old in room decoration. |

We are the framily of 3 (two adult and one daughter). We requested two twin bed room, however romm was set up as one king size bed room, therefore we requested an extra bed, hotel only separated king size bed to two beds. Only one bath lob was available for 3 person. |

I like the Westin Palace from Millano for its tradition, placement, offers and good sense of taste. I didn't like at all the behavior of the gentleman in charge in the concierge in the morning of 28.04.09, the date of my departure. Although outside it was raining powerfully, when I asked him to call for a taxi to go to the airport, he simply send me away by telling me that in front of the hotel there were a few taxis, but at a distance of 20 m in the rain. |

Central location, luxurious interior, spacey room (grand deluxe), beds are very comfortable. In general we enjoyed our stay. Prices are very high, all extra services costs too much (additional bed costs 80 euro per night which is far from expected). If prepaid tariff, be careful with their billing - initially they mistakenly charged my credit card twice, but then I noticed it, they returned the overpaid amount in a quite fast manner. |

Nice hotel for a few days. Superior deluxe room was excellent.Very comfortable bed. Near to central station and to down town. Breakfast was miserable. Minibar is very expensive - 0.5 l bottle water 9 € . |

Excellent and kind/efficient reception. Wonderful bed and room comfort Housekeeping was a little bit chaotic - we had to ask for an unrequested third temporary bed to be removed from our room on arrival and this was not done efficiently - but staff are friendly and very helpful and turn down/room refresh service was very well done each night. |
