The Westin Palace on vaikuttava rakennus Milanon bisnesalueella, 50 metrin päässä Repubblica-metroasemalta. Huoneet on sisustettu uusklassiseen tyyliin, ja niissä on LCD-tv. Palacen julkisivu on punaista marmoria, ja tarjolla on kattoterassi kaupunkinäkymillä. Hotellissa on myös wellness-keskus ja Westin Workout -kuntosali. Design-huoneissa on pastellisävyiset seinät ja arvokkaita antiikkiesineitä. Jokaisessa huoneessa on hotelliketjun omat Heavenly-vuoteet ja Heavenly-kylpyamme. Westin-hotellin Casanova-ravintolassa tarjoillaan Välimeren keittiön ruokia lounaaksi ja illalliseksi. Loungebaari on sisustettu arvokkaalla puulla, nahalla sekä tekstiileillä. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable. I have been quite shocked that there is no free wi-fi in the hotel and/or in the rooms. It is also particularly even worse here because we have to go to the business center to buy 30min or 1h of pass for wi-fi. In the year 2011, there is free wi-fi almost everywhere - why not in a luxury hotel like Westin? Is it Westin's business to get revenue from customers out of the wifi usage? Unfortunately, this stance on wifi clearly distances the Westin hotel from most of other luxury hotels.

The hotel facilities are great as a 5 stars hotel. I stayed more than 4 times in this hotel, the hotel and staff attitude differ according to the season, if it is a low season they are very nice, if it is a high season they don't care if the guest is satisfied or not, specially if they have alot of vip guests. The hotel adminstration every time I stayed there I feel the are become more and more money oriented and less caring about the guest stisfaction or value for money, specially duing the high season.

The rooms & facilities at the hotel are excellent - especially the gym - it has state of the art equipment - & it's very stylish. The Westin were kind enough to upgrade us without prompting. The staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - even the location was perfect for us. Thank you

I Like the following : 1) The staff .. so friendly 2) The comfort.. so cozy 3) The location .. Quite and away from the crowded areas. I'm sure I will re-visit the hotel in my visites to Milan. I did not like the "Banging" noise.. I think due to a windy days. But there were slamming doors all night ..

The location was excellent. The breakfast was really poor for the price they charge it (40euro per person). Also we have booked 2 same rooms and when we get there we realized that the one was a classic (really small) room and the other was a superior room.
