Rate eat dinner in restaurant was high rate level..
We booked two rooms and added an extra bed each. We were upgrade to a spacious suite so that the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
The suite was newly renovated and handicap-friendly. We were probably the first to move in because the toilet flush was missing and the hotel managed to install it the next day.
Staff gave good recommendation on airport transport, restaurant etc. When my fell at the breakfast, two staff rush to her assistance before I realized what happen.
Wi-Fi is not free
Comfort, Location and Stuff
Need some restoration in the bathroom, is ok but need renewing
Everything about the hotel and staff was great
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing
When we checked in, they told us that we were upgraded, nice surprise, but when we got in to the room, ot wasnt clean, the bed were still messy, the previous guest towels on the floor, So we call them to fix everything, but they never did, we left the room from 10 am to 4 pm, when we came back the room still was not done, so we called again to have some explanations, they said they we call us back, never did, I have to go downstairs at the reception to have an answer, so they upgraded us again. Nice hotel, but the service doesnt Worth the price. Wont go there again
Staff , location , the lobby , quality of service , the bed was the most comfortable bed ever tried, breakfast menu was great
The size of the room was very small
The King Size Bed is amazing, but it was little soft to my taste...
Good hotel and price

Water in shouwar
rooms staff location
breakfast dinner careless receptionists
We were given a room which had stainless s on bed sheets, water stains on wallpaper and cracked tiles in bathroom
Value for money Room layout was nicely done. It was comfortable. Hospitable staff. They guided very well and had most of the answers to the queries. Wifi service
The air conditioning was poor. Filters were choked and had to be cleaned late night. Breakfast spread was poor.
- Location: a bit far from the cultural centre - Room and amenities: It still has glory but the room and decors are a bit fading and taste was too much (heavily classical) for me; amenities are good; you can expect Westin standard - The package came with breakfast included, but it was too impersonal and business-trip-like for me; I would have liked some local specialities or more of traditional goodies than salad-ham-cheese routine - Concierge was helpful, so was reception but we happened to have a little difficulty getting laundry done in express service
Location. Nice, clean ad comfortable rooms.
Why not free wifi in rooms? Breakfast buffet was o.k.
We came to West in Palace after our vacation on Como lake in the evening of the 17th of August, pretty tired. The guy at the entrance took our luggage, brought it into small roombehind the reception.at the check in the receptionist asked our documents and a realized that mine were in my luggage. My boyfriend gave his passport and I asked if I can bring it one five minutes after our luggage is brought into the room cause I did not want to look for it in my clothes and underwear in the hall of the hotel in front of other peoplew.the receptionist rejected but after I persisted, he said ok and told if I don't bring my passport in five minutes, he will call the security (although my boyfriend gave his passport and they charged our credit card some weekes ago). Imagine- he really called the security to pick us from the room!!! It was so disgusting! It can not happen in a five stars hotel! The worst reception ever, such a shame! By the way, there were black hair on the floor in the bathroom and one of bath coats was dirty and in the second there was a hole. All this you get for a pretty high price.3 Stars maximum! Absolute no go!
The bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Location was good - close to train station and not too far (25 mins walk) from the centre of main activities and sights
The worst breakfast for 5* hotel
First, the hotel is great in terms of location, 10 minutes to Duomo and close by to thentop restaurants. Also, the staff was super helpful, I was upgreded to a very nice double room wi no extra cost for the kids, Malissa and Mustapha were so helpful and kind. The most important experience was Mr. Jean Luca who is the senior concierge, what a wonderful and grateful person, he knows everything and we asked him more than than 100 questions and he answered us always with a beautiful smile and right information. I advise everyone to stay there:). Fadi Jamil from Dubai
Comfortable room, big and clean bathroom, easy to access public transportation. helpful staff
Not much in the surrounding neighbor but a stop from Milan central and 3 stops to Duomo
Room Bed Location to Metro
