Excellent hotel staff - very friendly, helpful and courteous. The building is not nice from the outside and is located in a commercial part of Milan but the interior is decorated nicely. The room and bathroom were very large and beds were especially comfortable. I would have liked to stay longer. Good location - within walking distance from the Central station and from the Duomo and historical area. |

nice lobby, only two stops from duomo with the metro, nice decoration of the room, although it was facing fro the windows an old block of appartments and nothing else. Very good bathroom. the friendliness of the staff (don't look the clients only as Euros), the atmosphere of the hotel, the prices of everything and the service in general. |

We went there for our honeymoon n they've given us a apple turnover it was delicious. I enjoyed staying there and the location is great near to the centrale station where the airport bus stop is. |

the hotel is beutyfull and very kind and good staff.very clean and good location. we had a diner at the hotel resturant and we loved the servis and the food. i will stay at the hotel on the next time at milano. the cleaning women evry day forgot to do samthigs at the bathroom. she treat as has we were 1 person. only one shampoo or tawel or mouthwash water etc... |

Its near the train station and in a nice neighborhood in front a small park "Piazza Della Republica". 15 - 20 minute walk to the Duomo but we used the metro which is next to the park (1 minute walk). The room good sized compared to other Italian hotels and it had luxurious decoration similar to the rest of the 5 star hotels around the world. The staff was very professional. We could see the dome of the Duomo from our room. No free internet. and we waited a couple of long minutes outside with out bags waiting for someone to pick them up as there was no door boy present. |

Exceptional service from hotel staff, particularly at reception. Location of hoptel was excellent (short walk in to main tourist areas and central station. Also very handy for the tram network. The breakfast prices were exceptionally high. |
