very good hotel i would recommend to book it

Nothing except that it is next to the city centre.

Too expensive for what it offers. We paid 180 euros for one night. The breakfast was not included. It cost 39€ extra per person! "king size bed" is meant to be two single beds put together with this stupid gap between. Very disappointed. The smell of the room was disgusting. Like it was a hospital. Also the price of the mini bar was hilarious. 10 euros for a 500ml water. 12 euros for a 330 ml coke. Wors experience ever.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. You can reach everywhere by walk or metro Well furnished and comfortable.

A bottle of water is 12 euro ??? I can understand 5 stars hotel prices but 12 euro for a bottle of water is unaccaptable...

The staff are terrible, they show you they understand their job, but in facts, they know nothing. You wait on the check-in like crazy, wondering what the hell is he asking the same question many times. Also asking you to sign lot of things, like you are going for a trip to the moon..Any first star hotel can do a better job. I made the reservation thru Booking.com, they had the confirmation in their hands and still wondering if the reservation was correct..Crazy On check-out, i asked them to put the invoice in my company name, and the answer was: " Sorry Sir we cannot do" i could not believe it..A simple procedure that all hotels do it without a problem. The room is big but with old furnitures and old fashion electrical buttons. Its so disappointing for a Five star hotel. Frankly i will never step in this hotel again.

I Like the following : 1) The staff .. so friendly 2) The comfort.. so cozy 3) The location .. Quite and away from the crowded areas. I'm sure I will re-visit the hotel in my visites to Milan.

I did not like the "Banging" noise.. I think due to a windy days. But there were slamming doors all night ..

Nice hotel

Smoking guest room was terrible: old furniture and very bed smel.

The location was excellent.

The breakfast was really poor for the price they charge it (40euro per person). Also we have booked 2 same rooms and when we get there we realized that the one was a classic (really small) room and the other was a superior room.

The Westin Palace is very good hotel, but the price on the mini bar or Wi-Fi and breakfast Is more chipper.
