the location was good, the variant transportation near the hotel were excellent. free internet, free minibar. good breakfast a little noisy beacuase of the tram, but you get use to the noise. |

We had the worst experience of our life at this hotel. The room was definitely dirty, housing poisonious insects that bite my wife's feet overnight and we had to take her to a Doctor for treatment in Prague the next day. She is still suffering from swollen feet and can not walk. We would like to file a compaint against this supposedly 4 star hotel which is not even a 1 star hostel. We booked through booking.com a lot of hotels in Paris, Milan and Prague and they all measured up to good standard, but this hotel is not what it claims to be and should not even be listed on your hotel list. We need to pursue this matter further with you and appreciate your advising us how to contact you. |

Friendly and helpful staff (reception, bar, maids). Free room internet. Breakfast included in room rate. Very good value for money. No wifi internet. Bar/Cafeteria was closed until 5pm. |

The rooms near the street suffer from the nearby tramways passing, not only due to noise but also because you can feel the vibrations when they pass |

Room very spacious, level of finish high.Location to rail good, breakfast selection good. Airconditioning did not work efficiently, too warm with fan seemingly not funtioning . When advised no difference was noticed. |

I thought the hotel was good value for money and the room was lovely and clean.The front of house and restaurant staff were very helpful. My only critism that they wouldn't open the bar to get me a soft drink in the morning despite telling them i was unwell. I had to go to a bar across the street to get one.Also the late night barman was very rude to me when I was trying to explain what I would like to drink and slagged me off to other customers as I left the bar |

Great location. Convenient to the Metro and downtown. Triple room was a decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The noise from the streetcars was quite annoying. |

Nice breakfast, really close from the Central Station and no far away from the city centre (10 min. by tram). Free access to internet. The hotel staff was very kind. All was more or less ok. |

Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, walking distance from all main tourist attractions. Hotel staff is very friendly; rooms are small but comfortable. Excellent place to spend a weekend. |

Good breakfast, free internet point and soft drinks in fridge. Comfortable large room. Small amount of debris from replacing a bathroom fitted had not been cleared - Staff said the room was not ready but I had been let in before standard check-in time. Noise from outside (trams!) was also a little annoying |

The bed and rest of the room equipment was comfortable, be it in a very small room (which I didn't find a problem). Good connection to the centre, tram and metro in front of the hotel. Very noisy neigbourhood (crossroad with much trafic and public transport passing by). My room was on the 7th floor but still you heard much of the street noise. Small breakfast room with too many people (bachelor groups?). Breakfast itself quite standard. |
