value for the money and location It was no heating although the tempeture at night was 2 to 5 degrees. Although is categorized as a 4 star hotel it did not have the confort for this category. This is not really a 4 star hotel. |

We stayed in October 2009, so there were very few families at the hotel. The check-in employee was nice. Our room was comfortable but fairly basic. Hotel location is very good. It is a little walk to enjoy some of the restaurants and shopping. Tourist places are very close as well. Overall we had a great time in Milan, and would stay here again. |

Very good hotel , the location is excelent , near to metro station, center and central station. The room is very clean and comfortable ,the badroom is the best, good breakfast, good staff. |

As we are older and stairs are a problem, it was the most accessable of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 wks in Italy. The atmosphere was agreeable and the staff helpful. The breakfast was the best we experienced on our travels. The bar was well stocked and the staff delightful. It was easy to get around town from here. The room was very small, but clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the trams was rather loud. |

We were very disappointed that the restarant did not open Saturday and sunday night. this also included the bar, we were not told on booking that this would be the case |

Location is perfect for our needs of travel by taxi, underground and street car. Close to top ristorantes and what I consider a "Park Ave.NYC" Look and mentality. Very friendly and buffet breakfast is excellent. Yes, the rate is good but could be a little more reasonable to people who stay a few nights like we do. A discount for staying 2,3 or more nights would create more of an incentive to book there. |

Good Location 10 min taxi drive from Central Station and 100 mtres from the Metropole metro station. Two metro stops from the Duomo and shops. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Free softdrinks from minibar. We had a room at the front and suffered a little from street noise particularly from the trams which start early in the morning. |

Close to the metro and close to the city centre. I thought the staff were a bit rude. One staff member made a fuss when I simply asked for an extra swipe card to the room because I had mistakenly left mine inside the room. Also breakfast is served until 11am - so why do the staff at 10.45 start turning off the lights in the eating area? Thought this was very rude. The staff behind the front desk also were not accommodating on a late check out (ok, you may have needed to clean the room for the next guest) but it was a hassle to stay an extra 15 minutes! And the staff were ringing me in the room asking when I was going to leave as I was packing my bags 10 minutes later. Just left me with a bad last impression. |

The situation of a hotel,rich breakfast and always clean room. Climatization, because it was central. Many times I would like to switch it off, because when we arrive from the city, it was very cold inside. |

A nightmare they don’t like children and will cheat you. I asked to recommend a restaurant in the area, they said that we should not to go to the tourist area as it is expensive, so we went to their recommendation and spent 200 Euros on a meal for two adults and two small children, the restaurant asked what hotel we came from. We were cheated. There restaurant and bar is close for the summer. Not very helpful staff a one star hotel at best. |
