Codzienna zmiana pościeli i ręczników (choć nie była potrzebna), kompetentna i anglojęzyczna obsługa - całą dobę! Możliwość płatności 50/50 gotówka/karta. Pyszne i obfite, włoskie śniadania w cenie pokoju i rewelacyjna kawa.

Położenie przy ruchliwej ulicy - przejeżdżające tramwaje i nocne wyścigi skuterów pod oknem nie dawały spać, ale widać to jest urok Italii. Następnym razem zabiorę zatyczki do uszu.

Nieszczelne okna, przez co bardzo było słychać przejeżdżające tramwaje.

While the Metro was not too far, it was still a fair distance from the Duomo ( By Walking) but (3 stops from the Repubblica Stop by Metro where this hotel is located) , also, there are no main sights where the Hotel is situated and at times I did not feel that safe a a single traveller.

It was no heating although the tempeture at night was 2 to 5 degrees. Although is categorized as a 4 star hotel it did not have the confort for this category. This is not really a 4 star hotel.

Very good hotel , the location is excelent , near to metro station, center and central station. The room is very clean and comfortable ,the badroom is the best, good breakfast, good staff.

We were very disappointed that the restarant did not open Saturday and sunday night. this also included the bar, we were not told on booking that this would be the case

Location is perfect for our needs of travel by taxi, underground and street car. Close to top ristorantes and what I consider a "Park Ave.NYC" Look and mentality. Very friendly and buffet breakfast is excellent.

Yes, the rate is good but could be a little more reasonable to people who stay a few nights like we do. A discount for staying 2,3 or more nights would create more of an incentive to book there.

Close to the metro and close to the city centre.

I thought the staff were a bit rude. One staff member made a fuss when I simply asked for an extra swipe card to the room because I had mistakenly left mine inside the room. Also breakfast is served until 11am - so why do the staff at 10.45 start turning off the lights in the eating area? Thought this was very rude. The staff behind the front desk also were not accommodating on a late check out (ok, you may have needed to clean the room for the next guest) but it was a hassle to stay an extra 15 minutes! And the staff were ringing me in the room asking when I was going to leave as I was packing my bags 10 minutes later. Just left me with a bad last impression.
