Jedynym plusem hotelu jest jego cena i lokalizacja. Spokojnie mozna sie stad przedostac do centrum spacerkiem. Rownie blisko jest metro i tramwaj.

Hotel jest zniszczony i brudny. Pajeczyny zadomowily sie w pokojach na dobre. A najbardziej strasza sztuczne bukiety kwiatow pokryte centymetrami kurzu. Sniadania bardzo skromne.

Nieszczelne okna, przez co bardzo było słychać przejeżdżające tramwaje.

the location was good, the variant transportation near the hotel were excellent. free internet, free minibar. good breakfast

a little noisy beacuase of the tram, but you get use to the noise.

We had the worst experience of our life at this hotel. The room was definitely dirty, housing poisonious insects that bite my wife's feet overnight and we had to take her to a Doctor for treatment in Prague the next day. She is still suffering from swollen feet and can not walk.

We would like to file a compaint against this supposedly 4 star hotel which is not even a 1 star hostel. We booked through booking.com a lot of hotels in Paris, Milan and Prague and they all measured up to good standard, but this hotel is not what it claims to be and should not even be listed on your hotel list. We need to pursue this matter further with you and appreciate your advising us how to contact you.

Friendly and helpful staff (reception, bar, maids). Free room internet. Breakfast included in room rate. Very good value for money.

No wifi internet. Bar/Cafeteria was closed until 5pm.

The rooms near the street suffer from the nearby tramways passing, not only due to noise but also because you can feel the vibrations when they pass

Airconditioning did not work efficiently, too warm with fan seemingly not funtioning . When advised no difference was noticed.

I thought the hotel was good value for money and the room was lovely and clean.The front of house and restaurant staff were very helpful.

My only critism that they wouldn't open the bar to get me a soft drink in the morning despite telling them i was unwell. I had to go to a bar across the street to get one.Also the late night barman was very rude to me when I was trying to explain what I would like to drink and slagged me off to other customers as I left the bar

Great location. Convenient to the Metro and downtown. Triple room was a decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

The noise from the streetcars was quite annoying.
