Very clean. Staff very friendly. Right beside Metro stop.
Single room was a little small.
This Hotel is the worst hotel I have been I don't sleep three nights!!! Under hotel is metro so every 3 min is like earthquake!
The room was absolutely sweltering and couldn't figure out how to cool it down.
the place is 3 stations away from Duomo Free sauna Nice breakfast
The metro passes just below the hotel so you can hear it and feel it.
-location -staff -beautiful -restaurant
-noisy but I think it is exceptional, the rest was great
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This is a really beautiful and peaceful hotel. Some nice little extras like robes, slippers and a turn down service.
The wifi in our room didn't work on the first day but was fine after that. This hotel is quite noisy which is to be expected in a busy city centre location but we could hear the underground even though we were on the top floor and the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great: we could hear next door's snoring and TV.
METRO'S NOISE AND VIBRATIONS SHOWER TAB NOT WORKING WELL
Close to City Centre (by metro 10 min.) Good price for value.
Noise (one could hear the metro approaching the nearby Metro station).
Staff at the reception was very nice and gentle, warm and kind.
They took my money out of my credit card at time of booking while I was only supposed to make a 5 rooms reservation. They took the whole 5 rooms amount.
Convenient to the Subway and Urban Train stations... just a few minutes to the Duomo. The breakfast was excellent value for the money and all of the staff I encountered were polite and very helpful. I would stay there again when in Milano
There was nothing to dislike
Very good location, nice breakfast and pretty staff!
A bit expensive for this quality
Our reservation duly confirmed and registered with a number was refused, lost precious time finding another hotel less good, supposéd to be booking.com's fault.....
The hotel was fine for a short stay, the rooms were a little small but the staff were quite helpful.
The advertised spa was not managed by the hotel and although the facilities were nice, the staff were shockingly awful. Rude and ignorant! They expect guests to walk outside the spa, to the hotel and the through the main lobby and up to rooms in wet swimming costumes and robes. They do not allow you to change in the changing rooms of the spa, or use one of the many empty lockers, and when we did (as we had not been told we were not allowed to bring clothes) they locked our clothes in and refused to let us have them back! We had to get the hotel managers to go in and ask them to open the locker. Unfortunately, as there was no manager on duty over the whole weekend, we were told we could make a complaint at the hotel but would need to email later in the week when the manager was back in!
The food menu is very poor especially in breakfast. No choices for vegetarian and Muslim Halal.
My wife and I stayed for a weekend break. Handy for the underground and if you prefer walking only 20 mins to centre. Hotel was great and the staff were brilliant. Highly recommended!
The staff was very friendly and patient and tried to do everything possible to satisfied Customer's need with a very hands on mentality. The location is good; approximately a 20min walk to the duomo or a 3min ride on the metro. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices.
Nothing, everything was great!
Good Location reach main attaractions and shopping area
Location, multilingual staff
The Spa is awful, dodgy, guys were walking around looking at each other. Discusting. Would have appreciated to know in advance that the spa was mixte.
It is just perfectly in the center of Milan. Close to main attractions, and metro station. Excellent breakfast , and service.
Room was very noisy, all day long!
Beds, location, breakfast,
horrible bathroom, horrible smell, horrible bed sheets. Just horrible. The only possitive thing is the location. Besides if you can avoid this place- do so.
Very loud rooms Old inside Toilet Breakfast
Good location just out of the way of the city center. Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, free wifi.
