Was in a quick Trip to Milan. Hotel great location, easily walkable to the city Center and the Duomo. Really good breakfast. Room clean and tidy.
Location was good, not far from main train station. Walking distance to some major attractions, lots of shopping and nice restaurants. Other than the bed, the room was lovely and we had a nice view.
The bed had extremely uncomfortable foam mattresses. The furnishings look elegant so we couldn't believe that this hotel would have such inferior mattresses. None of the other 6 hotels over the last month had this issue and this was our last three nights before a long trip home to Australia. We spoke to the management about it and they showed us another room, were apologetic, etc but producing an innerspring mattress was completely out of their control. Apparently they are being upgraded in the future. The sooner the better I'd say or they'll be losing customers. We certainly wouldn't stay there again unless the foam mattresses were gone.
Cleanliness proximity to metro
wifi, breakfast, staff, earplugs in the bathroom, black slippers:-)
the spa - relax area was closed what was actually something we were hoping to enjoy after a gruelling day of shopping
You can understand the conversation of the couple in the room next door! Breakfast not a the level of the Hotel classification: fake cappuccino, dry scramble eggs, pure "chemical fruit jus", choice limited
Breakfast was delicious, good choices, friendly service, great coffee. The room was exactly what I expected and was comfortable. It had everything I needed and was good value for money. The location was excellent being so close to the Metro.
A gym (even just a small one) would make this hotel even better.
Clean, comfortable room
A bit pricey
Hotel is located very nice place, close to everywhere, easy transportation. Nice restaurants around.
Noice of metro and it's vibration was felt inthe room it was sometimes unpleasant.
Staff great. Good restrant one block south
location is great
street facing room was noisy and walls are thin, could hear room next door very well
Good location, friendly staff on reception, clean rooms
Overcrowded restaurant in the morning, unfriendly restaurants manager, dirty Spa area, rooms are not sound-proof and you hear everything that is happening in other rooms and on the street
Very good breakfast, also gluten-free friendly, approachable staff dealing with requests in a friendly manner. Spa is a great addition to relax or warm up after walking in town all day.
The tax was not included in the original price of the room.
Staff and overall cleaning was good. Breakfast was ok e dinner good.
Noise. Very small bathroom. Baby Bed was broken. Wi-Fi was poor and unsafe. The hotel took the money out of my credit card at the time of the booking! (i.e. 6 months earlier). That is not what was stated on the booking procedure at Booking.com!
Very clean. Staff very friendly. Right beside Metro stop.
Single room was a little small.
This Hotel is the worst hotel I have been I don't sleep three nights!!! Under hotel is metro so every 3 min is like earthquake!
The room was absolutely sweltering and couldn't figure out how to cool it down.
the place is 3 stations away from Duomo Free sauna Nice breakfast
The metro passes just below the hotel so you can hear it and feel it.
-location -staff -beautiful -restaurant
-noisy but I think it is exceptional, the rest was great
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. This is a really beautiful and peaceful hotel. Some nice little extras like robes, slippers and a turn down service.
The wifi in our room didn't work on the first day but was fine after that. This hotel is quite noisy which is to be expected in a busy city centre location but we could hear the underground even though we were on the top floor and the soundproofing between rooms wasn't great: we could hear next door's snoring and TV.
METRO'S NOISE AND VIBRATIONS SHOWER TAB NOT WORKING WELL
Close to City Centre (by metro 10 min.) Good price for value.
Noise (one could hear the metro approaching the nearby Metro station).
Staff at the reception was very nice and gentle, warm and kind.
They took my money out of my credit card at time of booking while I was only supposed to make a 5 rooms reservation. They took the whole 5 rooms amount.
Convenient to the Subway and Urban Train stations... just a few minutes to the Duomo. The breakfast was excellent value for the money and all of the staff I encountered were polite and very helpful. I would stay there again when in Milano
There was nothing to dislike
