The best at this hotel /aparment ,was the location .just a fee steps from the central station and all public transport facilities

When we arrived the booked Aparment was still occupied and we had to spend on night in an other room .At the departure the restitution of having a smaller room was only 10€ instead of 20€,even if it is only 10€ this fact to sheet was very disapointing.The Aparment was big but very baddly furnitured and extremly loud(Tramway in front of the window from 6 to 24 :oo).We recommend strongly to reserve a room to the courtyard side if you want to sleep at night .The price of 108€ per night was not worth the accomodation

The location is good! Just 5 mins walk from Roma Termini station.

Our room wasn't like the pictures on the website, it's a little older, but was still ok.

Only the location.It is near from the central station.

There is not hot water in the shower and the flusher runs all the night. The noice of the tram.it is not so clean as it looks in the photos and it doesn't answer the description.this guesthouse does not worth the price of 120 euros for nigh.The breakfast also is very poor.

The location of the hotel is very good. The traveller can go on foot from termini station to the hotel. It is also next to the city center. The design of the hotel is very good with nice bathroom. It is mostly recommended for young people. The people at the reception are very polite and willing to help.

There is a small breakfast included in the price but be careful of the expiration dates of the products. There is a laptop with internet connection inside the room, but maybe is not functioning properly. Also you might get a smell from the wc. When the tram passes you can feel it inside the room and you are situated on the 4th floor.

I like the location of the hotel, close to city centre (located close to main train station). It was nice surprise to had access to outside patio strait from our room, (very nice if you want to chillout after all day).

Me ha gustado la amplitud de la habitación. El cuarto de baño, la amplitud de la ducha. La cómoda cama grande. Que tuviera no sólo wifi, sino ordenador con internet en la habitación fue uno de los motivos que me decidieron a elegir el hotel y el diseño en general.

Al ser un hotel de 4 habitaciones, a veces tienes la sensación de poca intimidad, si quieres subir gente a tu habitación. La bandeja que colocaban con zumos y galletas, resulta que las cobraban, cuando pensaba que estaban dentro de la oferta por el desayuno. Que el personal no hable español. El ruido del tranvía que pasa justo debajo de la ventana. Estás tan cansado de recorrer Roma que a veces no te importa, pero si llega a ser algo molesto

Personale in rotazione alla reception (quando presente) sempre gentile e disponibile. Discutibile funzionalità del bagno, anche se di design. Poco funzionale assenza del portasapone nella doccia, modello Raindance della Grohe, ed anche il lavandino eccessivamente rettangolare e stretto. Assenza di colazione, rimediabile comunque con ampia scelta di bar/pasticcerie nei paraggi, e comodità fantastica per chi arriva dalla stazione Termini, a circa 100 metri. Gradita la presenza fissa, in camera, di un netbook permanentemente e gratuitamente collegato ad internet.

Passaggio dei tram nelle vicinanze, ma non è un problema particolare. Si sopravvive tranquillamente.

Muito próximo a estação Termini de Roma. Facilita muito a ida para qualquer lugar da cidade.

Bueno el recepcionista, nada mas llegar nos explico varios sitios para visitar la ciudad. La terraza es bastante confortable, el poder descansar un rato de hacer turismo y hacerte un cafe o infusión reposando en la terraza es un punto bueno. La ubicación excelente a 2 min de Termini donde tienes metro, bus y traslados a aeropuertos.

Elegimos el hotel por las fotos que salian de un habitación moderna, y luego era bastante distinta. Una habitación normalita y pequeña. Excepto eso bastante bien.

La struttura è di sole 4 camere, moderna e minimale, con il parquet per terra. Molto chic, perfetta per chi è stufo del solito hotel 3/4 stelle (e costa anche meno). Buona posizione a pochi passi da Termini. Personale di reception disponibile e gentile

Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ligging.

Kamers zijn klein en moeten nodig opgeknapt worden. Prijs voor het verblijf is te hoog.
