Very good location to explore Rome, do shopping, near metro and train, with good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our room at wrh very much, with a lot of comfort and nicely decorated. Good value for money! |

Very nice room (we had room 4 - the organic room) with jacuzzi bath in the room, very large bed and nice decorations. - juices and some thinghs to eat in the room - voucher for croissant, juice and coffee in a typical bar - nice welcome by Tomaso and excellent recommandation of very local restaurants A bit expensive, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Rome. - no breakfast in the suites - walk from Termini station to Hotel at night doesn't always feel very safe. |

very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent Our room was right next to the reception desk so we sometimes heard quite alot of noise from people coming in, and also the telephone ringing and guests checking in/out |

The hotel is managed by Tomasa who is very helpful and gives an insight into a local's version of Rome. The location is very close to Termini train station which is convenient. The hotel also has a coffee machine and a little kitchenette if you feel like cooking. There is also a laptop provided in each of the rooms for your personal use. Very handy! Room was not quite as nice as we thought it would be (no massage shower, no fancy mattress on bed). |

The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was excellent and the location was perfect for getting to the Train station, Coloseum, Palantine Hill, and Ruins. I was not given a password so that I could use the internet during my stay and although I later found out there was a safe in my room I was not informed about it when I checked in so that I could put my valuables away while touring. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have been informed. |
