Yes Hotel  

It's my family's first trip to Rome and we are proud to make the right choice of Yes Hotel. We love the location of the hotel being so near the Termini station.The hotel is newly renovated, our room is very clean and housekeeping is above par. Free breakfast is a wide choice of cheese, bacon, eggs, ham, sausage,coffee/tea, milk, oj, fruit salad, bread and croissants. We are so energized every morning before the start of the tour. More importantly the hotel provided us with excellent customer service from the front desk staff namely Joseph, Jonathan, Demitri and Marcello. They're very helpful with anything you ask, let you relax and enjoy your stay in the hotel. Thank you guys, we will surely come back to Yes hotel when in Rome. There's no need to look around, I highly recommend Yes Hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful and luckily for us, they spoke excellent English. The hotel is a great location and very close to Termini and the bus station so its easy to get around. The hop on hop off bus tour is also located just around the corner. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast was very good too, we were also given 1 hour free internet usage which was helpful. Thank you for providing great accommodation for our trip to Rome, we will definitely be coming back!

The hotel reception staff were excellent. Very accommodating, very helpful, very friendly. The staff is what makes the Yes Hotel a great place to stay. They made us feel extremely welcome.

Breakfast is very good. The hotel is new and clean and well equiped. very near to the termini station. Of course, room is small. But can be accepted.

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, relatively quiet location, easy access to train station and underground.

The location, right by the main station and metro, was fantastic. The staff on reception went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very modern and clean and well situated around the corner from Termini railway station if you want to go exploring Rome. We chose the hotel as we had to take a train to the port after our stay and the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel staff were very helpful and dealt with our enquiries efficiently. We had a family room which was perfect for our needs.

The only drawback with the location is that you are not really within walking distance of a lot of the attractions of Rome and do have to take a bus or metro into the centre.

The room and the entire hotel is modern and new. The location is quite strategic since it's only a block away from Turmini station.

Room was very clean and quiet (surprising given the location). Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room. We ordered a quad room; for two adults and two children. Of course, we expected a large room with 4 beds and the average bathroom. We got a lovely main room with double bed, with a separate room with sliding door leading to two single beds. Off this was a large shower room with sink, and another sliding door in the bathroom lead to a large, spacious area with bathtub, sink, shower and toilet. This meant two people could have showers at the same time, or one person using the sink and another the toilet without disturbance. Also the breakfast was fabulous, with a very varied selection of breads, meat, cheese, cakes and drinks: coffees, water, milk, beverages and fruit juices.

There genuinely was not a thing that I disliked about the Yes hotel, except there was not very good signs of where the hotel was, once you arrived on the street. Just look for a side-sign reading ''Hotel New York'' and underneath it will be the yes hotel. Apart from that, all there was was the hotel's logo on the actual doors, not visible from a distance.
