The hotel is amazing in every aspect. Its location is great. Just a three-minute walking distance from the Termini Central Station. Yes Hotel is cute, very clean, comfortable, the breakfast is very good and most importantly, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it blindly! |

Coming home How many would you like me to list, the lift was not working, there was major building works going on in the courtyard, which had us awake at 7.00 in the morning. I asked for champagne on arrival, there wasnt any!!! I also asked for early check in, whilst I understand that this isnt always necessary I watched 2 other couples check in whilst we were waiting. The walls in the room, were dirty. |

close tot the station Termini, clean, good staf, breakfast was fair and the room was quiet, we didn't hear any outside noise. The room was al bit small (we had a room for 3 persons). |

It was our first visit to Rome, we got a coach from airport to Termini station, which was about three minutes walk to hotel. No, we could not find anything to dislike about hotel. |

Place of the hotel. Very close to the termini from which you can go anywhere. Very friendly hotel staff. The hotel room was not clean enough. The curtains needs to be washed and was full of dust. The room window was on ground floor and looking to quite noisy street, and if you do not like air conditioning, you are in trouble. You can not sleep. However the windows prevent noise when closed. I was asked to pay in advance as soon as I came to the hotel. This is the symbol of cheap hotels. |

The location was excellent, as the hotel is just a short walk from the train station. Easy to take the train from the Airport and walk to the hotel. Staff was pleasant. No problems with the roon. I traveled with my three teenage kids, and the quad room was fine for our stay. Keep in mind this is a European hotel. We did not spend much time in the room. The staff, with the exception of Marcello, was not particularly versed in good nearby restaurants. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. |

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Very knowledgeable about sites and how to get around Rome. Ilian and Marcelo were exceptionally wonderful. Staff is very attentive to guests needs, always willing to help. The room could be cooler. The staff did lower climate control settings when asked, but room was still warm. |

The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in the quad room for four and it was more than enough room. The pictures are very accurate on the web page. Rooms are very clean. Noise from the street, but if you close the windows it is not too bad. |
