Yes Hotel

My experience at Yes hotel was flawless from check in to check out. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The room was of a much higher quality than i thought it would be for the price. The room was decorated immaculately, and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The room was well heated and was quiet. The location of the hotel could not of been better, a 5 minute walk from Termini station which provides fantastic links to all of Rome's attractions.

The toaster took ages to toast bread at breakfast.... this is seriously the only thing i can think of!

I really liked this hotel because the room was cosy,very calm and well designed.I Was pretty happy to fiind the hotel of a good quality and at a good price at that moment in the center of Rome.

Yes,I didn't like the orange juce served at the breakfast because it was not a real juce.But it doesn't make the hotel bad.Its just the preference of a person.And another thing is that on the third day I haven't found a shampoo I needed in the bathroom.So,I had to buy.

Well, those who know Italian will be pleased to see that the rooms offer an LCD TV with more than 50 local digital channels, international ones however there are about 5. The location is superb with Termini station (trains and both metro stations) in 5 min distance, also offering shopping and a supermarket open till midnight. The breakfast is fairly good for Italy, coffee there however is horrible.

My room was a little too small and it would be almost impossible to have any guests. They use electric key cards for doors and also to save power (if no card inserted inside the room, the electricity is off). So it's kind of stupid, if you want to leave the room, but need to charge a mobile phone or laptop.

as a caffeine-addict my first coffee of the day is an important moment and the machine at breakfast did not make the grade for me.....in Italy you should always be able to get a decent brew surely?

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about Rome and getting around it. Our first room was noisy and they moved us without a problem.

Actually, I have stayed at the yes many times before. I appreciate the staff, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the value. When I travel, in house amenities are not important. Especially in Rome, I am out all day touring and visiting.

Noise - because the window was damaged and didn't seal properly
