breakfast was included which was good. Facilities in room - tv, fridge, safe, air conditioning, wardrobe etc. Staff were excellent. Free wifi in lobby. Great location - 1 block from Termini station.

only that you had to pay 2 euros per day for wifi in your room but that is cheap compared to others - I just think that should be free in the modern age.

The location was great and easy to find from the train ststaion. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking day trips and with resturant recomendations. We were very happy with our room and it was kepy very clean with the towels changed every day. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it!

Location close to Termini and all transport just what I wanted. Staff most helpful, providing information on where to eat and get laundry done -- important to a traveller! I highly recommend this hotel. Only minor complaint was the loud noise caused by people opening and closing the electronic doors at night.

very comfortable hotel, reception staff extremely good and very pleasant, most helpful. Our room was very comfortable, and clean. The hotel very close to the Termini station and countless restaurants and cafés, The buffet breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. The breakfast area is also used as a bar/lounge and pleasant to sit there in the evenings for a cappuccino or glass of wine. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

only comment i would make is, maybe if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is very well located : close to the Termini station with easy access to the Terravision bus stop that takes you to and from the Fiumicino airport for a reasonable price. The vicinity of the 2 metro lines is also very convenient to get around the city. The pc with free internet access at the reception area is also a plus. The room was small but well designed and practical. The view was not fantastic (an inner court) but the location was very quiet. We did not spend a lot of time in the room so the view is not so important to us but a good night's rest is far more essential. The breakfast has a wide choice, especially for Italian standards (scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, ham, mortadella, salami, cheese, cake, croissants, brioches, jam, nutella, honey, milk, cereals, yoghurt, ...). We would definitely come back here.

The attitude of the lady who was responsible for the breakfast was very unprofessional. She was very moody and she did not fill up the breakfast buffet when needed. Instead she was doing the make-up of one of her colleagues in the kitchen - this is not acceptable. Also, the fruit juice is very bad : it has a chemical taste to it.

We are a family of 2 adults & 2 young children.We had a reasonable sized quadruple room & we found the hotel very central,clean,modern & comfortable..The shower was excellent.The breakfast was good enough.It gave us a good start to the day...Nothing was a problem to hotel staff & they had free internet in the lobby.The location is only a 3 minute walk from Termini station,making it very central..We could not fault anything much about the place & we would definitely stay there again.We would also recommend it to friends.

Two connecting rooms for family. Bathroom had two showers. Very close to train station and metro. Breakfast was good.

Very helpful staff on reception, very clean and well furnished rooms (big enough, but not big), location great for Termini station, affordable restaurants, etc.

The quality of interior decorations in the rooms and the public areas and the friendlyness of the staff.

We stayed in the Yes Hotel for 3 nights. The hotel itself is immaculate, spotless clean, modern and fresh. The rooms pretty luxury (and we've stayed in quite a few hotels in big Europen cities in the past), cleaned every day with paying attention to details. The buffet breakfast is varied and great, could add more fresh fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers, but nothing to complain about really. Location is good, within walking distance to many famous places, and metro stop very close to the hotel (Roma Termini). Very convienent and quick to get to the Colloseum, Vatican etc. The staff is awesome - very professional, heplful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I shall recommend this Hotel to everyone planning on the trip to Rome. Thank you, Yes Hotel!
