Yes Hotel    

- Excellent location. Easy couple of minutes walk from termini station. - Friendly, professional staff. - Let us check in early and also let us store luggage till evening after checking out. - Room and bathroom were very clean and featured up-to-date furnishings and equipment - Would gladly recommend to others

- The room was a little small for 3 people. Not much extra room after the beds.

Perfect location for Rome if you want to travel much from Termini station (or if you leave early in the morning from Termini like we did) - the station is quite close (5 min walk), though in the quite street. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Not very cheap, but good value for the money, considering its Rome!

Maybe hard to find, because the hotel doesn't have big hotel sign above.

Our room was a bit on the small side. Back facing rooms have no view. ie another buildings back wall.

Very nice, clean and modern. After touring Italy and staying places where the plumbing was older than me, it was a welcome change to feel like I was staying in a room similar to home. And there is no ancient, musty smell which was great!

It was a bit difficult to find. No sign hanging out front. The only sign is on the door itself and it is difficult to see.

Made to feel welcome. Clean and good quality linens. Good breakfast. The area is what I asked for since we needed to do a fair bit of travelling by train

Fabulous place with a central location to Termini train station. Very handy for assortment of shops and eating places. City tour buses and airport bus stop 2 streets away.

The hotel was a bit tricky to find as it has no obvious signage hanging outside. Make sure you have the street name + map at hand!

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped. The hotel was very well-situated - near the station, hop-on-hop off bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! I can see why this hotel has such a high review rating - we would definitely stay there again.

The only only thing I can say is that I missed having a kettle in the room.

The staff was great, they always were there to help, I had a tour to confirm which they did for me and they ordered us a taxi for the airport. The hotel was very clean and modern which are always my main concerns when booking. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were on the smaller side however it was comfortable and the bathroom was not an awkward size. Two of us could easily move around in it. We were very fortunate to have 2 large windows in the room as well as a desk, armoire, side tables and a great hallway entry. So when I say small I only say that being a canadian used to the huge room sizes here, however knowing what to expect, I found the room to be extremely comfortable. The price was great considering we were in Rome so close to Termini station. The breakfast which was included was really good as well. We spent 6 nights at this hotel and would stay there again for sure.

The location of the yes hotel is definitely ideal for travellers. It's near to the termini which is convenient for you to choose either Line A or Line B.

The size of the room is fairly small...

Front desk staff extremely helpful. Breakfast options were very good. Close proximity to Termini was appreciated.

Was able to check in at 7:30 am after a flight from Australia. We were given an upgrade to a family room. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Staff extremely friendly and location was only 2 small blocks from all transport. Metro connection to all major attractions.

Yes Hotel has excellent staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. More so than almost anywhere else I've stayed. Raul and Daniel are exceptional front desk employees.
