It was farther awat from the airport than reported. More like a solid 30 min instead of the reported 10. That did not pose a problem though.

Room as very clean

The room was far too hot because the air-con did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms - only reception. They did not even supply internet cable as an alternative. The hotels airport taxi service did not turn up on arrival and we had to get a very expensive taxi instead. The evening dinner at the hotel was extremely over priced. The quality of the food at dinner was very average.

The furnishings are very nice and the dinner was very good. It is very peaceful.

The neon light above the table is not so nice... I was alone in a double room, but I think that for two people the room could be really small..moreover, also the room in the furnishings is very little for two people. The shower is quite small and there was some dust around the room. The covering cloth of the chairs in the restaurant was quite dirty...

Big free parking, nice room, clean and fresh bathroom. Used the room for few days stay and I was fully satisfied looking at the prices of other nearby hotels. Especially attractive price if want to visit Ticino area (just a road from Varese to highway in swiss side is longer than expected).

Food on breakfast is not very sofisticated - very simple and not much of the choice - but looks like local north Italy standard. Service during breakfast was very slow or not appearing at all.

Good looking designer rooms

Noisy room (402)- next to central airconditioning ventilator shaft. We could not sleep and so asked for another room which they arranged. Check in time was given as 18.00 at the latest.

We wanted to make a stop during our travel from sw Germany to the Venice coast and back. Our children are 15 and 17, and we 53 and 61. The hotel is lying in the outskirts of Varese, but the center-city is easily reached by car. The hotel is not easy to find, so be sure to look up its location on the Internet. Private parking, very calm, good bathroom, magnicient view of the Alps from the higher floors looking to the West, reasonably good breakfast, free Wi-Fi in hotel lobby and LAN in the room (cable available at the lobby desk), quick check-out in the morning. In fact, all you need for a stop, but I would not really recommend it for a longer stay. Overall, we are pleased since this is a good place for a stop or short business stay at a reasonable price (70 Euro/double room) and would return here in the future.

Check-in personnel kind, but ill-organized. On our arrival at 17:00 pm, our room was not yet ready. We had to wait 1 hour! On our first night, the non-smoking room was smelling cigarettes, but we got another one. Good bed, but too hard around the shoulders. The lift is not automatic and it can take several minutes before one "catches" it. The swimming pool and bar is less attractive then on the pictures. People use it without showering, since it did not work. We stayed out.

They changed management and not in a good way! Restaurant personal slow. The internet connection was also very slow. Very disappointing as I come here 3 years in a row, twice a year!

It is a nice modern ho9tel with spacious apartments but when we asked for a light bulb we were told we had to wait for the next day to have it changed and in the kitchenette there was no washing up liquid or sponge and the freezer was all iced over. Pity as it was pricey and for that money you expect service.

L'arredamento interno: moderno, elegante ed essenziale. E il grado di pulizia delle camere! Ottimo.

Niente di rilevante, a parte la qualità del caffé per la prima colazione: troppo "lungo" per noi italiani..

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de l'établissement, la décoration, la piscine.
