In the heart of Venice, Hotel Da Bruno is halfway between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 845 reviews Very good
Hotel Flora features a nice leafy courtyard where a varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. In a 17th-century building, it is a 5 minute walk from St Mark’s Square and offers a fitness...

Hotel Lisbona is just 100 yards from Saint Mark's Square, and the closest water bus station is Vallaresso. Rooms are decorated with furniture and fabrics reminiscent of 18th-century Venetian style.
Score from 726 reviews Very good
The Locanda is near Venice's S.Marcuola Church, right by the vaporetto stop. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom, some offer views.

The staff was nice and helpful. The location is an easy walk to Piazza San Marco, but far enough away to be quiet.
Location!Near to St Marks sqr.A Vaporreto's stop nearby.Large room with a private, large bathroom. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.Free wifi and breakfast
Its a little bit expensive for a B&B,but everything is expensive at Venice
The staff was nice. Breakfast was pleasant.
The space needs to be updated. The bedding and furniture although in great shape is old. There were a few cob webs on the ceiling in our room but otherwise the space was clean. Our bathroom was all baby blue tiles. There were no curtains to close, just shears that did not keep light out nor allow for privacy from the room across the small courtyard. The keys need to be upgraded. When we arrived we were given a set of keys holding about 6 keys. One for the main door downstairs, one for the second door downstairs, one for the breakfast room, one for our room and another for the safe in the room. We only stayed for one night but I did not feel as though I wanted to return.
Nazanine on reception was very helpful and full of handy info for getting around and what to see, as well as very friendly. Our room was ready early which was great since we had been traveling since very early that morning. The breakfast was great, enough choice and the coffee was lush! Location was handy to walk all over Venice and get back to St Mark's Square at a couple of different times, including 1am to see it without all the day trippers and enjoy the live music.
Wifi was patchy, practically non-existent downstairs but not a major issue.
Really good breakfasts for the price. Good location: not far from San Marco piazza(5 minutes) and from water bus stop(2 minutes). Good WiFi quality.
If you would take a room on the ground floor you have to go to reception for WiFi connection
Easy to find with detailed map/directions provided by Zaguri. Host was very gracious, welcoming us with sparkling wine and a snack. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic - a few minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and steps from the S. M. del Giglio water bus stop. Delicious breakfast/coffee was served by delightful staff.
Great location, easy to get to main transport links. Close to main areas of town, but quiet. Very clean throughout, helpful friendly staff.
Breakfast was basic with cereal, breads and cold meats. Would have preferred more choice, with fruits and a hot option.
Nice hotel to stay in. Just lovely and the staff were very helpful and kind. Never had such a nice welcome from a hotel before
owner very sweet, good location, clean, big room
getting there very hard when you dont know, best way is to take a boat but not the taxi biat to expensive, theres one at 7euro each informé yourself.
Location was great Staff were very helpful Room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds Had wi-fi Great breakfast
Cleanliness, spaciousness, location! We had no complaints at all !!!
Close to the waterbus comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Needed a big sign to let u know which door it is
The owner was really helpful it was so close to the center and the view was great the room and touilet were so clean
Right by the canal and centre Room clean and lots of Space. Good shower.
Wifi signal very weak in the room. At breakfast when certain food items were eaten by other guests weren't replaced without asking for more. Breakfast atmosphere was a bit awkward
This place is within easy walking distance to San Marco square and the public transport system. The owner was very friendly and gave us champagne and snacks on our arrival. Room was clean and bathroom large with with a good sized shower.
No lift so had to carry bags up one flight of stairs but that was only a minor inconvenience.
We received a welcome email asking for our arrival time and with complete easy instructions on how to get there. Our hostess gave us information about a concert in a church nearby which was absolutely fantastic. She offered to book the tickets for us but we declined. The church was nearby so we walked there. A most enjoyable experience.
Not surprisingly, the place is small and somewhat claustrophobic, but it's OK for a short stay.
Room was large, clean and cool compared to our other accommodation in Europe. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to facilitate early check in and luggage storage upon departure. We were also given information on local festivals, restaurants and a free walking map of the City/transportation routes upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend this B&B!
Only thing I would change, I would have liked to have a clock in the roomier in the lobby.
We arrived late and had to leave early. Realizing we would miss breakfast, they set out a cold meal for us the evening before. They were accommodating and sweet; we would absolutely go back!
English is sketchy but they spoke Italian and French, so conversation is possible if you have a good language base.
The staff at zaguri were very helpful, providing us with a map and some guide books, and some tips on lovely places to go away from the "tourists", gorgeous places off the beaten track that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. The breakfast was simple, but lovely. And the location was perfect. 2 min walk from San Marco, and 5 mins from Rialto bridge. The wifi was brilliant and free.
The rooms could have done with some updating. You could quiet easily miss the front door as well as not well signposted, but we were sent very good directions to get there. All in all, good location, quiet dated, but okay for a few nights when your not spending much time in the hotel
Location was excellent and very easy to find with the instructions on the website. It was within walking distance of San Marco, Rialto, Accademia, water bus stops.... The decor and architecture is very typical of the area and we could see gondolas going by outside our window and parking for the night. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us a good background on Venetian locations, directions and history. Staff also had all the public transport timetables and information available immediately and we were made to feel welcome from the minute we stepped inside.
Be ready to walk up stairs as the building is old and has no lift. We had an early flight so we asked for a cold breakfast in the room. This was a little poor as it consisted of pre-packaged cake and 'fette biscottate'. Some bread/cold cuts in the fridge would have been more in line with an Italian breakfast. We were also left a 'thermos' of coffee in the room in the evening which obviously went cold until the early morning. Seeing we were in Italy, which has a coffee culture, this was quite a let-down. The breakfast cappuccino too was also a little poor and not too frothy. It would have been nice to have a cappuccino machine in the breakfast room.
Excellent location and excellent service, very clean well organized.
Wifi was slow
Location was really good. Staff friendly and spoke English-gave great tips on things to see and placess to eat
A comfortable chair to sit in would be great but proabably not enough room.
Wonderful location with clean comfortable rooms and welcoming staff.
Nice and clean rooms. Great location.
Difficult to find.
They gave us champagne, crackers, chocolates and cherries when we arrived. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is incredible, 5 to 10 minute walk to saint Marco square.
