Hotel Zara  

Good value for money - friendly and helpful multi lingual staff - great location near Termini railway station and on bus routes. The continental breakfast was fine; maybe the coffee could have been hotter, but, so what - plenty places for hot coffee outside. The white registered taxis are also good value.

The location was excelent, right in the middle of the Rome. Staff was helpful and nice. There was an elevator, not so common in centre of the Rome.

There is a lot we didn't like, most notably: - the style of the hotel was really slushy and disgusting - there were many broken and destroyed things all around the hotel and in the room - after using the toilet it wouldn't flush it's contents until 3-4 flushes - window in the toilet couldn't be opened - the walls were awfully thin, you could hear flushing toilets and even whispering from other rooms, extremly annoying especially in the night - shower was extremly annoying as the hose was unmovable, after using it there was water everywhere - bed was incredibly soft and just plainly awful

Close to Repubblica Metro and bus station.

Stayed at Zara hotel on May 7, 2011. As a woman traveling alone, this family owned hotel made me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel was old, but well kept, clean, friendly staff and in an excellent location. No safe available but my room had a space I could lock above the closet. All personnel were friendly and the desk provided me with a great map and ideas where to go as soon as I arrived. Good breakfast included. Definitely recommend/stay again. Take Leonardo Express from Airport for 14 Euro and it is 11 minute walk from Roma Termini. I passed by other similarly priced hotels I thought of staying at and was glad I chose this.

Hotel was old but this is typical for Central Rome. It is a very old city. Shower in bathroom wet entire floor, although a negative, everything else far outweighed this little inconvenience. For Rome it is a good value.

Hyvä sijainti ja erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala ihan hyvä. Huoneet siistejä.

Huoneiden kuluneisuus vähän häiritsevää ja esim. sänkypaneelit repsottivat. Hotellin oleskelutilat puutteelliset.

L'approche des lieux touristique et pouvoir revenir tard à pied. Le petit déj est correct. Rapport qualité/ prix.

Pour des long séjour, je dé-conseil cet hotel. Il y a un douche avec un petit rideau en face des wc. C'est pas trop agréable de prendre son douche le matin. quelques prises ne fonctionnent pas.

Le petit déjeuner est bien.

L'isolation phonique entre les chambres est très mauvaise.

Sa situation géographique avant tout, proche des métros et bus reliant les différents points stratégiques de la ville.

Chambre quadruple un peu petite.

Nulla!camere squallide e non climatizzate, assenza di qualsiasi confort,servizi igienici pessimi, personale sgarbato!

Su perfecta ubicación, cerca de todo (metro/autobus etc.), practicamente sin ruidos y muy acogedor. Buen desayuno y magnifico trato del personal del hotel.

La limpieza del cuarto de baño es mejorable.
