Hotel Zara  

Good value for money - friendly and helpful multi lingual staff - great location near Termini railway station and on bus routes. The continental breakfast was fine; maybe the coffee could have been hotter, but, so what - plenty places for hot coffee outside. The white registered taxis are also good value.

Stayed at Zara hotel on May 7, 2011. As a woman traveling alone, this family owned hotel made me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel was old, but well kept, clean, friendly staff and in an excellent location. No safe available but my room had a space I could lock above the closet. All personnel were friendly and the desk provided me with a great map and ideas where to go as soon as I arrived. Good breakfast included. Definitely recommend/stay again. Take Leonardo Express from Airport for 14 Euro and it is 11 minute walk from Roma Termini. I passed by other similarly priced hotels I thought of staying at and was glad I chose this.

Hotel was old but this is typical for Central Rome. It is a very old city. Shower in bathroom wet entire floor, although a negative, everything else far outweighed this little inconvenience. For Rome it is a good value.

Location is excellent for sightseeing, shopping and access to the main bus/train station. Price is very good for a city centre location. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Single room was extremely small. Shower tiny and needed upgrading (hot tap extremely difficult to turn off and drainage very slow). Some loose wires visible which may/may not have been dangerous.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet (in the back). The bed was a decent size and firm, though the blankets lacked quality.

The bathroom fittings were antiquated and didn't work without difficulty. The continental breakfast was of poor quality.

The hotel is very close to all major points of interest.

The breakfast is very poor, only pastries and some bread with cheese, and the juice they serve is very synthetic

Well localized

I have to pay more money as a local contribuition (???). I did not use any extra service so I dont understand why I have to pay a significative extra money ??? If this has not happened I probably give a good opinion of this hotel...For who need interned this hotel is not indicated. Noisy rooms

No es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel Su situacion me gusta.Las habitaciones, aunque son pequeñas son suficientes. Las camas especialmente cómodas.Solo el baño que no tiene calefaccion..... El precio es honesto

Tres bonne situation geographique, on peut tout faire à pied. Bonne qualite de l'acceuil bonne qualite du petit dejuener bon rapport qualite/prix

El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable a la vez que la habitación era cómoda. Además su ubicación es muy buena al estar cerca de la estación central Termini. Aunque esta información se debe sólo a una noche.

Tal vez, las dimensiones de la habitación no sean muy grandes y faltaban algunos servicios como más interruptores.
