disgusting smell in all hotel, really expensive price, breakfasts awfull - nothing to eat except bread - no fruits or vegetables, no coffe - coffe machine is disgusting

This hotel has a great location in Rome, it is 10 minutes walking near Fontana di Trevi and Spanish steps, and 5 minutes walking to Termini station. It is also near Via Nazionale, therefore from there you can get everywhere you want, to Colosseum, Plaza Venecia.. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful since they speak many languages.

The bathroom gets misty because of ventilation system which was working based on a central ventilation system. But the hotel is very clean, so after a day you get used to it, and it's Ok when you're on your own. Since for the rest of the day you'll enjoy Rome, and not the room or bathroom. It's all about walking around and seeing new things.

The personnel was rather polite, especially the cleaning lady.

First night there, they put me in a room without a bathtub or shower tub. It only had a plastic curtain, and when I opened it, the rail that holds it fell on my head. I asked them to change me the room and they did, but for this first night I payed same as the rest of the nights, 120 euros. The rooms need maintenance, door frames were loose and you could see the nails inside. Also I saw a cockroach in the bathroom once. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

-It is a good value-for-money 3* hotel in the heart of Rome - The breakfast was great and rich, and the breakfast room looked very nice - The staff at the reception and the hotel owner are very nice and friendly.

- The single room looked better and bigger on the website, in fact it was rather small and dark - The Romanian room keeper (the older lady with blond hair) left a really bad impression as she heard I was also Romanian and came to say hello, without knocking on the door when entering.. I could have been undressed, it was a rude thing to do to a guest.

Left a pair of blue jeans there and were not recovered. Pictures on website are deceiving. Parts have been renovated; however building still needs work. Plaster falling off walls, wallpaper torn.

Small friendly family run budget hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Rome, The hotel issues guests with a map and are happy to help with local information. They also sell tour bus tickets, which was very helpful early on a Sunday morning. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the Railway Station in one direction and 15-20 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain plus good bars and restaurants in the other direction. Room was clean and comfortable

Hotel is quite dated and needs some refurbishment. There was a lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also the mini-bar was not stocked. However, we were able to put our own drinks in the fridge, which is always good when you've had a hot day seeing the sights. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, however, fresh coffee and fruit juice would have been preferred to the drinks dispenser provided.

I didnt like the bathroom,

The breakfast was good, it was not an international breakfast but I liked it. The location was great, it is near termini station, near the bus, you can walk to everything.

I didn't like that when we arrived the rimo wasn't ready yet because we were tired and we had to wait.

Very good location - 2 steps from Via Nazionale, very welcoming reception staff, who provided me with good places to go. Air- conditioning. Fair breakfast included. Additional option - non- machine coffee at the bar on the first floor. And very good cafe and shop next door.

No Wi-Fi. It's impossible to get any WiFi connection in Rome without Italian telefone number (even in McDonalds). Old (non-flatscreen) tv without remote control.

The entrance is very small, you can miss it, the view from the room was very ugly, the building was old ! We arrived at 11 a.m. and the hotel didn`t accept us till 12p.m , outside was raining and cold. They should have allowed us to check in the hotel when we arrived rather than letting us wait an hour for nothing.

Close to everything, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room.

The location was excelent, right in the middle of the Rome. Staff was helpful and nice. There was an elevator, not so common in centre of the Rome.

There is a lot we didn't like, most notably: - the style of the hotel was really slushy and disgusting - there were many broken and destroyed things all around the hotel and in the room - after using the toilet it wouldn't flush it's contents until 3-4 flushes - window in the toilet couldn't be opened - the walls were awfully thin, you could hear flushing toilets and even whispering from other rooms, extremly annoying especially in the night - shower was extremly annoying as the hose was unmovable, after using it there was water everywhere - bed was incredibly soft and just plainly awful

The staff of hotel is very generous and helpful, always ready to give useful information. Near to one of the main streets of Rome, Termini and la Republica. Quiet and clean dining hall and nice serving breakfast. Very good ratio between quality and price.

værelset var af ringe standart. Så bestemt ikke ud som på billederne. Huller i tapetet, en af loftpladerne var løs, ingen lys over spejlet , ingen stol at sidde på, snavsede lampeskærme der ikke sad ordentlig fast. Værelset så ud som om det var under renovering. Ingen instrukser om evakuering vedrørende brand. I det hele tager ingen instrukser vedr telefon eller andet.

I proprietari Enzo e Alessandro sono stati davvero cordiali rendendosi disponibili veramente per ogni cosa ... La stanza era enorme e la pulizia buona.. La posizione e' eccellente per chi vuol raggiungere in poco le maggiori attrazioni turistiche !

не верьте фотографиям, фотошоп на букинге рулит. мебель покоцанная, обои в пятнах, висел сломанный светильник над головой у кровати. микроскопический по площади душ закрытый клеенкой, которая почти не спасает от брызг. очень скудный завтрак. пару дней не работал wifi. при бронировании блокируют депозит 99 евро, который обещают вернуть в течении 15 дней после выезда из отеля, ждём. есть отели получше, которые этого не делают.
