Room service - jakuzzi - location - size of the room

in our room was very but smell of cigarette, you can hear people next room, tv didnt work and food in restaurant not the best

The hotel is good, rooms are well equipped and the staff is nice. For breakfast you have enough choice of products. During the weekend, it was loud sometimes because of other guests staying in the hotel but it didn't really bothered us. The neighbourhood is calm and not so far away from the city center. I think that the price we paid was adequate for the standard. We recommend this hotel for all who want to stay in Milano for a few days.

Very little to like - incredibly basic hotel that had jumped up its prices to 288 euros to cash in on the Salone.

The room despite being non smoking stank of smoke. Poorly masked by cheap air freshener. Bed felt like it was made of concrete and the pillows were awful.

Very good hotel to stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. If I am back to milano I will go to zero hotel again.

Hotel ‘s location is not its strong selling point but once you manage to taking local tram or bus is very easy to commute. Hotel staff is attentive and most importantly it is very clean. Btw, two Italian restaurants located nearby are doing good italian food and price both reasonable . Recommend !!

Price,cleanliness and transportation for visiting the city close by.

The price (39 euro for a single room) and the WIFI make of this hotel a hard-to-beat deal, specially in an expensive city like Milan. There is also a nice Italian restaurant across the street where you can get a good pizza for 4 euros.

I did not stay in this hotel. I booked the hotel for my music group. Unfortunately, once again there were problems with my booking and there is one desk clerk in particular who is arrogant, rude and impolite. Little man with glasses and a toupeè. Didn't have to deal with him directly but he happened to enter as I was arriving to check in a few of my people and when I turned my back he had something something sarcastic to say about me to the clerk who was helping me. How dare he!! He knows nothing about customer service and it's a few years I've been booking at this hotel. Just simply rude!!! I will never use this hotel again. This time I did have two very nice clerks but the rude little one should not be allowed a job of that sort!

The hotel was clean and comfortable with complimentary wi fi and was reasonably close to the Piola metro station (two bus stops away on the 90/91 bus. I thought that is was a very good deal for the price charged. The staff was courteous and helpful.

It was rather challenging to find the hotel at first when I arrived. Zefiro is advertised as being close to the metro but is a bit far to walk. Fortunately, there is reasonably good bus service on Viale Romagna so that takes you to Piazza Piola where you can take the metro but give yourself plenty of time when you are going out as you may have to wait up to 12 minutes in order to get a bus.

It is clean

I think hotel Zefiro was a good hotel for a reasonable price. The hotel staff was really nice and the hotel locates in a calm area but near to the best shopping places such as corso buenos aires. It is also easily reached by tram from stazione centrale.

Good price for quality. Quiet place and not so far to the center...15min to the Doumo. Tram and bus stop 50m from the hotel and 2 bus stops from the subway.

You can hear a noise from other rooms.
