The majority of the staff were extremely helpful and good natured, making for a pleasant and relaxed stay. One member of front office staff on the morning of check-out being very short and difficult.

We found the breakfast was varied and plentiful and breakfast staff were friendly + helpful.... It was a nice surprise to find a sun terrace / patio (disappointed to find no sunloungers though). We were looking for a less touristy location so were happy to be outside of central Rome. The main road at the top of Via Alfredo Fusco leads to lot of shops and cafes and Piazza Giovenale is just a 10 mins walk. The hotel shuttle bus service was useful....a return taxi will cost around 12 euro. The hotel restaurant is modern and has a nice outdoor area. Homemade strawberry icecream is highly recommended! The sun terrace area could certainly benefit from some outdoor furniture! Air conditioning was temperamental and at best, adequate. (Maintenance staff were always prompt and helpful but the Air Con system seems sub-standard).

Le personnel est aimable, souriant, attentionné. Cet hotel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles : Salle de bain trop petite, rideau a la douche indigne dans un 4 étoiles, robinetterie douche mitigeur bloqué par le tartre ( et non thermostatique ) Prises de courant insuffisantes et mal fixées au mur Une lampe de chevet ne marchant pas Toutes les robinetteries entartrées Trop loin du centre ville malgré la navette gratuite mais finissant a 18h30 pour rentrer et les transports en commun a 22h30 pour ce secteur !

Prezzo conveniente. Comodo parcheggio con garage. Il giudizio sulla struttura è solo parziale poichè durante il soggiorno erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nell'area reception. Posizione decentrata. Le camere sono sufficientemente pulite ma gli arredi ed I comfort sono da 3 stelle. Colazione "povera"
