staff was polite, had maps for us, let us check in early, room spacious & clean, assisted us in getting 4 AM shuttle to airport

walls must be thin, neighbors' voices transmitted through them all night. incredibly hard to get hot water for a shower.

Economical for a late booking. Hotel car to the airport was the best service offered, and essential in view of the remote location.

Much further from the centre than the advertising says. In a remote area with no restaurants anywhere near. although we discovered on the last day that public transport was nearby, the hotel's printed directions were very poor. No restaurant in the hotel (other than breaKfast) and room service is basic. The first floor rooms were tiny (not four star) and the terrace could not be used.

Breakfast was very good with a nice staff's hospitalities. And I enjoyed very clean room and being on the top floor with a wonderful view. Free Shuttle Bus was a good idea and if the bus can carry more than 8pax, would be perfect!

Hotel location that I did not like much, besides it was not enough explanation for direction to Hotel and it was hill to climb with more than 5 minutes to take.

La vicinanza al luogo del mio appuntamento in Roma

Il riscaldamento del bagno non era funzionante in nessuna camera.quello della camera è ad aria (termoconvettori) per cui di notte è necessario spegnerlo per il troppo rumore. La camera era minuscola e male insonorizzata. Le tende sono poste esattamente sopra la testata del letto: sono piene di polvere, antigieniche e scomodissime. La tv era minuscola. In tutto l'albergo faceva freddo.
