The hotel was located in a very good location close to the Duomo but still in a quiet area that felt safe even during the night. During the night we couldn't hear anything from outside. The personnel was friendly and the breakfast was good (especially the yogurts, müsli and coffee - no fresh fruits though). The hotel facilities were quite basic but then again, we didn't come to spend time in the hotel and the time we were there the facilities were more than fine. All in all, a good value for the money. The room was cleaned every day (towels changed, bed made, bathroom cleaned). However, it would be great if the rooms were cleaned more thoroughtly every now and then - under our beds there was a thick layer of dust. |

The hotel is very close to the city centre, it's been fully renovated to the point that it seems new, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ok, not too great, but it has what's expected of a 3 star hotel. There was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom whenever we got to our room. It went away once we used the toilet, but it wasn't very nice. At breakfast, the coffee wasn't exactly coffee, and everything was just lukewarm. Personally, I like to drink warm milk, coffee or tea, especially with winter temperatures. It was nice that you could order other drinks at breakfast, like capuccinos from the bar. Those were made with real coffee!! |

Very good location, close to the duomo and the center, near to metro-stop. Quiet rooms (shutters are very useful) situated to the calm, leafy patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful and didn't hesitate to speak English. We missed a ventilation in the bathroom. In comparison to Austrian hotels in the same category the breakfast is simple and uninviting, but for Italian standards it was not so bad. |

The facilities and ambience were better than expected for a 3-star rated hotel. However, this was also reflected in the price. |

Nice, clean hotel with an extremely helpful and english speaking staff. We asked for recommendations for restaurants and they booked tables for us at some of the best medium-priced restaurants in Milan I have ever been to - and I have even lived there for half a year some years ago. We had a room with three beds and there was plenty of space for all of us. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to Milan - it's close to everything, relatively cheap in comparison to other hotels, very clean and very quiet at night... The breakfast could have been better - but in Italian standards it was fine... |

The situation of the hotel is excellent, a very short distance from the Duomo. You have to buy a drink at the bar if you want to have free wi-fi. For the price of the room, I would have expected free wi-fi. |

The rooms were good for a cheap stay. Also a good location. Breakfast was reasonable and as expected for the price. Check in was rather unfriendly and abrupt but the staff were generally friendly so seemed like a one off. |

The location was very good, 5 - 10 min walk to the Duomo and city shopping. Very good internet service (although expensive 5Euro per hour or 15Euro for 24 hours). Parking service for an extra fee which was close by. Modern rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good for a 3star hotel, with hot dish (omelet & bacon). There was a mix up with my reservation. Although on the booking.com site it specifically said that children under 10 stay free when using existing bedding, and I had already written during my reservation that I had 3 children ages 7, 8 and 11, they did not allow us to our room which had a double and single bed. They should have told me about this issue at the time I made the reservation and not when I arrived and they should update their policy on the site. They gave us an extra double room for 60Euros. This room smelled awful from cigarette smoking. Moreover, I saw a tiny cockroach come out of the bathroom of my triple room..... |

Staff generally friendly and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We came towards the end of the breakfast session and things were only being replaced very slowly. |

Location in the historic district of Milan is great. Helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. We also had a terrific lunch on their shaded patio. What an oasis from the afternoon heat. |

The hotel is extremely well located for a city visit to Milan. Although it appears expensive, it compares well to other hotels in the area - it is an expensive city to stay in. We stayed in the hotel during a warm spell in April - the temperature in the rooms reached 26degC which was uncomfortable. Unfortunately we were told that the air conditioning would not be switched on until May. The choice was all windows open and being unable to sleep due to noise or not being able to sleep due to the heat. A shame as this was otherwise a good hotel. |

Standard sevices provided in efficient and friendly way. Quiet room with standard equipment functioning properly. Very good location in the city center within walking distance of major places of interest and close to metro station for more distant travel destinations. |

Location is very good, and Staff was excellent, very helpful friendly and polite. Minor faults in the room show need for maintenance . If you go to visit Milan and not stay in the room, it is a good choice. |

definetly ease of access to the city centre, abou a 10-15 min walk to the duomo. The staff were very helpful and were understanding when we wanted to change rooms. we were not aware that there was renovations going on and our room was right next to it, but they gladly moved us to a nice room on the top floor which was perfect. |
