I was lucky - I only stayed here 2 nights!

poor service at reception. no water in room on arrival. hard to get kitchen staff to work up to hours stated for meals.

its a good hotel, price is reasonable and its within the shopping area.

i dont have any dislike.

Breakfast was ok

The room was a scrap. In all my stays at hotels I have never seen a more disgusting room like this one. The bath was a disgrace it seems it has never being clean for sometime. The furniture need changing the beds are the most uncomfortable one I have ever slepton. The price I paid did not worth the stay. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It's a fine hotel. Nothing extraordinary. The bed is really big, which we loved after spending three weeks in Cuba. The location is ok. Devon House and the Bob Marley museum are in a walking distance.

The paint of the bath got loose. That's not a very big deal, but for the price you pay for the hotel you would think this would be better. The swimming pool is right next to the restaurant where the breakfast is served. I did not like the idea of walking in me bathing suite while everybody could see me while they where eating. I didn't feel comfortable. I think the hotel is too expensive for what you get, but I think that's normal for Kingston.

Still having issues with the rooms near the kitchen the noise and all early in the morning. But still one of the best value hotels in Kingston

1) Lack of a fridge in the room. In a tropical climate it would have been good to have a place to keep cold water and soft drinks 2) Delay at front desk due to only one person handling external calls, room calls and reservations

I love that big confortable bed in room 220 and the general conditions there in that room

This is to confirmed that the services of your service staffs were excellent and I liked the location of your hotel settings it is clean, very quite and sound proof.

I did not liked your check out policy. Management should first confirmed with guest if they will extend their booking before re-booked rooms that guest already occupied. This would elevate any inconvenience and misunderstanding.

Seen the quality of the hotel, in my opinion it is rather overpriced. In all aspects, the hotel shows it is in need of a renovation. The rooms are big, but not in a state of a hotel in this price range. Sticky tile floors, cracks in the walls, old bathroom, hard bed. I would not recommend this hotel, for these room prices a better quality should be expected.

It old style design gives an open garden style feel, makes it different to the modern concrete and glass air condition boxes. Its staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was well presented and enjoyable

Its accounting/charging system could be modernised

I wanted to exchange to a cheaper room the last nigth of my stay in Jamaica, and they made it happen. I also need it a fan for my room and made it happen.

The resturant was clean the food good and the staff friendly

The room I booked was not made available even although I had a booking confirmation. The front desk staff on arrival were frivolous, and appear to manipulating the booking. One could not hear clearly on the phone The WIfi could not be picked up on my laptop There was one night where there was some function at the hotel with horrendously lound speakers, could,nt be sure if it was a religious jamboree or what.

The room at the hotel was clean, spacious, nice king size bed. Jamaican breakfast was good, dining area was clean and staff was nice as well. The price and location was what I was looking for. I would definately stay there again in the future. Thank you very much

The location was ideal and very convenient to banks, restaurant, activities since it is in New Kingston. The service in the restaurant was good and the Jamaican breakfast was consistently good.

There were ants, roaches in the room. We had to be moved to another room. The jacuzzi looked like a baby pool and the water was not warm clean. Both the jacuzzi and pool water looked unclean. The phone did not work in the room. The door did not close and the lock on the inside did not work. The cleaning lady forgot to leave washcloth in our room and we had to improvise since there was no one available to bring washcloth to our room. There are no radio/Cd in the rooms. The drain in the face basin was slow and kept backing up. The manager was response was poor and lacking. I will never recommend the hotel to anyone.

The front desk staff, especially Crystal were friendly but professional. Dyawne in the restuarant was a nice server.

Affordable.

Made my reservation and when I get there the first night there was no room reserved for me. Had to wait two days to get a room on the first floor. Then went to the restaurant for breakfast the following morning, not knowing the time breakfast was finished so we went late and was turned back. This cause a huge inconvenience for me. Outside of that I was comfortable there.

The service was mostly very good and the location was ideal, close to my family.

On the last day of my stay I was not provided with a wash cloth and bath rug, even though I alerted the front desk that these items were not in the bathroom.

check in, honouring my online price, rapid refund on unused time, combo native and international breakfast menu, easy internet access.

service at breakfast is a bit slow, must realize not everyone is on vacation or on a relaxed time frame, we needed to get in and out to catch a bus, so waiting to be seated then waiting to be served took too much time.

I love the location, the staff, the service, the food, as well as the layout and comfort of my deluxe king room.

That the pool was still out of commission.

The restaurant, food was good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. On Sunday, they were not as friendly, different set.

Room was not clean. Bathroom was horrible. I sat on toilet paper and actually cleaned the toilet cover. It was old, but needed more attention to details. The ice bucket had cigarette ashes and was not cleaned. The room was hot, they turn off the AC and it took several hours to get the room cool. Pool was not working.

What I like the most was the Friendly and Helpful staff.

Not enough variety of food and combination of food.

A home away from home.The reception was welcoming,the room was clean and colorful. Utensils in good condition and other amenities in good working condition. The hotel has a very cooling effect to it with the green plants and trees to be found around the hotel. Apart from the construction which was in progress and with an apologetic sign to visitors in placed it was a pleasant and relaxing stay at Altamont Court Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located and inexpensive. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was well-prepared Jamaican food. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but the coffee was delicious Blue Mountain Coffee.
