The location of the hotel was probably its best feature. It is right at the entry-way of the West End, which makes it close to everything on the boulevard and also close to the attractions of the West- End/cliffside. There is a Chinese restaurant on-site that is not bad. The hotel room had good air conditioning. The room had a balcony/verandah that was ok although not private at all. The hotel charged me an additional 20% in taxes upon arrival. There staff were rarely available in the office. Althought there is a bar and a gift shop, the bar is limited and the same two staff people work all of the amenities and are rarely inside any of them (the main office, gift shop, bar or restaurant). The hotel room itself was poorly maintained. No room service at all. No one cleaned the room for the entire week. No phone in the room. The bathroom was crawling with ants and moquitoes that came out to bite us all over during the night.

You can also walk to the beach or take a taxi. You can also get taxi to the cliffs very easy. The hotel will cook breakfast, lunch or dinner at your request. The rooms were clean. They also have a nice pool on the property as well. Overall it was a nice place that I will return to again!! The Staff was great!! If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. It is a little run down but not in a bad way. Also did not like that the credit card machine was down the whole time I was there so just F.Y.I make sure you have cash for payment when you arrive.
