Beautiful location with breathtaking views overlooking Kingston. The suite was simple but elegant and the immediate surroundings (garden/pool/restaurant area)) were well maintained. The road up to Starwberry Hill wasn't very well maintained and wouldn't reccommend traveling up to the resort at night also needs much better signposts on the way up.

The room was good, the view is fab, the pool is out of this world the staff could be a bit more customer service trained, and not to fast with the service of breakfast, and maybe smile a bit, also when booking we was promised a continental breakfast on the morning of the 9th feb, but was offered toast and a muffin, this needs to be addressed

眺めは良い。 このホテルは、Booking.comの”地図を表示”上では、アップタウンのスパニッシュ・コートの隣に位置している。しかし実際には、- ２０キロ以上離れたブルーマウンテンの山の中。しかも、サービス欄に明記されているシャトルバス（無料）も- 実際には存在しない。独立５０周年記念イベントや金メダルラッシュに沸くキングストンの町を堪能しようと思- っていただけに、簡単に町に出られず非常に残念な滞在となった。ホテル側に抗議したが、そんな表記はないと- の回答。今地図を見たが、位置もサービス欄も直されておらず、全く話にならない。最初から高原リゾートを満- 喫するつもりならいいかもしれないが、料金とサービスや設備の質は全く釣り合っていない。送迎専用車も高級- ホテルとは思えないものだった。
