I love and look forward to breakfast. My friend did too. It was one of main reason I stayed there. It is private.

I loved the room,the staff,not to mention the food omggg!! Deeeeelicious,run dung muah!! Ackee n Saltfish,steam bammy o gosh...I Really loved the food...I Posted on Facebook about my stay n how I highly recommend ...I will definitely come back on my next vacation.....I'm a satisfied customer

The ambiance and the personal were very attentive and welcoming to me. The staff were very polity and caring. It made me feel welcoming and comfortable.

The pool are looked very sad, wish there was a sauna.

Nice and quiet place in the middle of the city. Lovely grounds and the food was good.

The sheets/ comforters in room were old and dirty along with the drapers. The bed was too soft could not sleep.

I stayed at the Terra Nova hotel for 7 days, true bliss. It was a wonderful experience, not to be forgotten. The hotel is old world elegance, beautiful antique pieces of furniture scattered around the hotel, so many place to sit and relax in a fabulous setting. Beautiful well maintained gardens and elegance in a truly tropical paradise. An Internet that works. The room I had was a good size, clean, overlooked the gardens, quiet and well maintained. You will be well looked after by the entire staff. There is a relaxed almost informal feeling at the Terra Nova; however standards in all areas are extremely high. The food from breakfast though to dinner is ‘to die for’, never thought I would use such an expression! And the portions, the way portions used to be, there are no ‘noveau cuisine’ portion sizes there. Even if you cannot afford to stay there, drop by and have a meal, it will be well worth it. Room service is excellent. The Terra Nova standards are of a bye gone age when people really cared. Breakfast is a glorious experience, the choices are endless and the opportunity to taste the delights of real Jamaican food available in its endless varieties. They have themed meals throughout the week. You get a smile and a welcome from all members of staff, you really feel that they care, nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend it highly enough. And of course it is in walking distance, and yes, it is safe to walk in Jamaica, of shops, banks, Devon House etc., or of course you can use the taxis on standby. A wonderful experience that I can’t wait to experience again. Terrific value for money.

Blue mountain suite is an incredible room with a private balcony

Staff were great & rooms were spacious and clean.

Walls r too thin! I could hear persons next door in the other room having sex! I could also hear footsteps on the floor above us. Persons came to knock on our door to say we were too loud!

All members of the team from bus boys to management delivered exemplary service from our entrance to our exit. The combination of a relaxing ambience, beautifully maintained property, sumptuous meals and exceptionally talented and hospitable staff ensured that we had a wonderful experience.

Pool and gym not well situated.

Situated in central part of Kingston. Breakfast was satisfying and good breakfast service

Round mirror( 2 sided) in bathroom was mounted too high to be used and the lighting in the room and bathroom was impossible for makeup application . The worse part of the stay was the fact that a wedding function was being held around the pool and the very,very loud party music was so loud we could not hear ourselves speaking or the TV ,much less sleep until it stopped at 12.00 midnight . The manager said that no one else complained so it seems that she was saying this was my problem ,clearly this is YOUR problem if this is the attitude to this matter The cost per night should mean we get sound sleep.Coming from the UK jet lagged I needed my sleep.

Food: excellent. Accommodation: very spacious and well appointed. Lovely balcony. Impressive value added features: stocked complimentary bar; work area with computer and printer.

De tudo, surpreendeu, pois o nome Terra Nova, e um nome de origem Portuquesa, e não Inglesa, como e a Jamaica, dai a expectativa, mas foi exelente, voltarei e recomendo

Нас поселили в номер КИНГ вместо стандарта по той же цене.Это самый большой номер в отеле. Очень вкусный завтрак, отзывчивый персонал, красивая территория.Проехав из аэропорта, глядя на дома по дороге, ожидали увидеть лачужку, а привезли в дворец!
