Close to Doctor's Cave Beach which was lovely.

I felt terrible value for money. I had a "Superior" room that was supposed to have a dining area. The reality was a TINY cinderblock room with a small table and chair in the corner - and not a single window for natural light.

too much noise from traffic and there was a party down the street that went on for hours. Not a great location for sleep.

swimming pool is not cleaned up. I was left 45 minuits to check in because they could not ready my room.

Central location along the hip strip. No need to take a taxi as you can walk into town,go clubbing and the beach all within 10minutes.

I loved location, balcony view was superb. I also enjoyed the surrounding location - pubs, cafes, restaurants, doctors cave beach and shopping. Breakfasts, meals and drinks were great - I'll give tips next time!

In my bedroom at night, the mosquitoes battered me. I used spray and plug-ins but it didn't stop them. Breakfasts and meals were superb for first couple of days, but after that I started to get an upset stomach (I guess this was my lack of tips from night meal and drinks I had).

My view of the beach and sea was great, My bed was comfy, cieling fan over the bed, A/C great. reception staff very helpful.

I had to pay for a fridge to be put in my room. The resturant where I had breakfast was poor, my coffee cup had a big crack in it

I liked its location on the Hip Strip and near the airport. I liked it had wifi. The complimentrary breakfast was very nice. Some of the photos in the hotel were interesting. The front desk staff was very friendly. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

The room was very small. It was very hot. The air conditioner was right above the head of the bed so when turned on, it was too cold and annoying, but turned off the room was stifling hot within 5 mins.

El silencio y la gentileza de sus trabajadores. Todos muy serviciales. El hotel esta miuy limpio. Todo el trato es amigable.

Las camas son incomodas. La comida puede mejorar (es un poco insabora) a veces no responden a la solicitud de desperfectos (el telefono no servia y no lo arreglaron; tampoco me arreglaron la lampara de noche)

Az árnak nem igazán volt megfelelő a szálloda felszereltsége. Kis méretű, szinte ablaktalan szobák, amelyekben nem voltak polcok. Nem volt hűtő, strandtörölköző, de még papírzsebkendő sem és a vasalónak is csak a helye volt meg. Az olvasólámpa nem világított megfelelően, a rádiót nem igazán lehetett hová bedugni. A reggeli egészen szűkös kínálatú volt (tojás baconnel, vagy jamaikai reggeli.

Katastrophe!die Zimmer sind extrem klein,mit sehr kleine Fensterli oder zu Teil ohne Fenster!mann füllt sich wie in eine Bunker!wir haben das superior Zimmer gebucht,aber so eine Kategorie gibs gar nicht!trotzt fehlende Fenster kann Mann kaum schlaffen da das Hotel sich direkt am eine 24 Std befahrene Strasse befindet!frühstuck ist im Zimmerpreis Inbegriffen,aber Mann dürfte nur 2 Eier(auf verschiedene Art zubereitet),2 Tost,1 Saft,Kaffe(schrecklich) oder Tee,Mikroskopisch kleine Portion Butter und genau so "grosse" Portion Marmelade haben und dasselbe jede morgen!sobald Mann nach noch eine scheibe Brot oder Marmelade gefragt hatt wurde gekuckt wie eine Riese Verbrecher!ein mall haben sie gesagt:Brot ist fertig!wenn Mann die Eier mit Früchte ersetzen wollte musste die grosse Scheff das entscheiden,sonst ....wieder Eier oder gar nichts!am Abend im Restaurant nur zum bestellen muss mit Wartezeit vom minimum 30 min rechnen,bis man zum essen bekommt ca 1.5 Std!die Personal im Restaurant ist unhöflich!satze wie Guten Morgen oder Guten Abend existiert nichtdie im Beschreibung ernennte Strand Visavis vom Hotel kann Mann gar nicht benutzen, da das eine Publik Beach ist und ist extrem Schmutzig!überal liegen PET Flaschen und Glasscherben!wer zum Strand will muss 10 min laufen bis eine private Strand.dort zählt mann 6$ für Eintritt,6$ für Liegestuhl,6$ für Sonnenschirm.18$ pro Tag nur Strand kosten pro Person!also diese Hotel und die Lage wurde ich nicht einmal ein Feind empfehlen!

Discrepando de la mayoría de los comentarios, me parece que la ubicación del hotel puede ser aceptable para personas que vivan el país y lo utilicen en viajes con fines de trabajo, pero no es apropiada para el alojamiento en plan de turismo. Aunque el hotel queda cerca del downtown, el centro de Montego Bay carece por completo de atractivos turísticos y no es nada acogedor. El hotel queda frente una playa llena de maleza, no tiene acceso directo a ella y, además, está localizado en un vecindario lúgubre y solitario, cuyo entorno resulta supremamente tenebroso en horas de la noche. A pesar de que antes del viaje envié varios correos electrónicos al hotel pidiendo alguna información y aclaraciones, ninguno de ellos me fue respondido. La recepción del hotel queda en un segundo piso y el edificio carece de ascensor. En la recepción la atención es lenta, no tienen a mano ni siquiera un simple mapa de la ciudad y la información turística disponible allí es prácticamente nula. En lo que sí son eficientes, es en requerir el pago total del alojamiento en el instante del check-in. La decoración de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes es de mal gusto. Tratándose de un lugar turístico, era de esperar que las habitaciones del hotel tuviesen vista hacia el mar; sin embargo, la mayoría de ellas parecen auténticos calabozos, pues carecen de ventanas o, si la tienen, ésta se encuentra a metro y medio de altura y no supera los 40 cm de lado. En la primera habitación que me asignaron, la falta de iluminación natural era tal, que era imposible saber si era de día o de noche y, además, había un roedor que todas las noches rasguñaba el techo de madera, impidiendo dormir. Tras varios reclamos, luego de 3 días logré un cambio a una habitación algo mejor, con una ventana de tamaño normal que permitía observar el exterior. Definitivamente, es un hotel al que no volvería, ni recomendaría.

Locacion cerca de todo y del aeropuerto. Lo unico q bebieran mejorar es contemplar la instalacion de un ascensor y las llamadas internacionales deben estar disponibles en las habitaciones claro con su respectivo cargo

The reception Waited over 1.5 hours for my room and then it was not the room I had booked. Very small. Totally unimpressed with my check in. Reception were unenthusiastic. My room smelt damp and mouldy. I had to stand on the bed and reach up to adjust the fan. Should be controlled in an easier manner. To open the windows I had to stand on the bed and lean over.
