Great Food Relaxed Atmosphere Nice friendly Staff Lovely accomodation Rush for the sunbeds in the morning, if you want a nice spot then you will have to get up early!

Everything! My husband and I went to The Caves for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we ver made! The Caves is a one of a kind experience. We have never experienced the level of service that we did while we were there. The staff is beyond compare. We would recommend doing every activity that The Caves has to offer: the private dining in a cave, the private hot tub, snorkeling with Paul and of course, cliff jumping! That we had to leave!

Le site est absolument époustouflant, avec ses falaises surplombant une mer turquoise. L'établissement est constitué de bungalows se répartissant donc en surplomb de la mer, donnant l'impression d'être dans un bateau. Sauf que ces bungalows se situent dans un écrin de végétation luxuriante! Le personnel très sympathique est aux petits soins! La formule "all inclusive" inclue vraiment tout, y compris toutes les boissons de tous types. Notre chambre-suite était très vaste, avec vue directe sur la mer. Cet hôtel nécessite vraiment une grosse rénovation! Les chambres (particulièrement la nôtre, "sea turtle"!) sont totalement défraîchies et l'équipement parfois défectueux (air conditionné et ventilateurs vieux et bruyants, éclairage pâlot donnant un air encore plus vieux et sale à l'ensemble). Les peintures s'écaillent partout et le ménage très soigné ne parvient plus à éliminer la saleté accumulée au fil des ans (meubles collants!). C'est vraiment dommage, car le site est génial, mais là, il faut vraiment que le management des Caves réagisse et investisse! Je déconseille aussi de rester trop longtemps dans cet hôtel très à l'écart des plages de Négril et où la cuisine s'avère vite répétitive...
