Corect dar nimic special..
Inacceptabil ca permit clienților sa vina pe plaja cu muzica proprie, impunând-o tuturor. Instalație WC deficitara.
Lovely beach. One of the best locations on the beach.
We booked a room for three people but got a room for two. A spare bed was put in the room. A short bed made for a child. Had my feet outside. Not the kind of bed you should expect at a nice hotel with these prices. The general manager said he would get the bed switched but that never happened. This should not be able to book for three.
Bed was very hard
Great resort, quiet, right on the beach! Staff was very friendly!
Lovely modern hotel, good location and very friendly helpful staff
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
-check in was a nice promising welcome .... -food at Bongo really good but unfortunately this restaurant is situated at street site without any view -nice to have security guards watching your stuff when swimming - we have travelled all over the island and have seen and stayed in the most beautiful spots. Do go to all these beautiful spots on the east and south part of the island but skip touristic Negril. -
-terrible loud radio! music from their own beach bar (even our older kids didnt like that) -loud (but nice jamaican) music from neighbours so impossible to relax or read a book on beach as 2 different kind of loud musics came from 2 sides -asked several times to put volume of radio a bit down; the staff looked as if you where a fool even though we (and 3 italian people who disliked this kind of music too but did not speak english) were the only guests in the whole resort, they did not respect our wishes -bar staff was drinking shots when on duty and behaved disrespectful -never got to see the manager as she was always "out"; did speak to reservationsmanager but he was not really able to make any changes -Negril is a real big tourist place we will not recommend to anyone unless you want to do parasailing/party-all night -long/motorboating and other tourist stuff. we were glad we only stayed here for just a few days.
The staff was available when needed. The staff really provided customer service
Staff was amazing!!
Location And facilities
Breakfast and staff are very disappointed
Location, right on the beach, friendly staff and modern furniture rooms
Altough very friendly staff very slow for any action, but that's probably part of teh jamaica culture
Room not available on arrival. Forced to take room without a bathroom. Poor excuse for lack of room on arrival. Then when moved to so called ocean room, it was facing dining room, on first floor, no privacy for top dollar. Also, no hot water most of the time or scalding hot water. Staff surly, particularly at breakfast. Stated there would be charge for 2nd pot of coffee! In working with owner on bill, we were informed our room was an upgrade so they couldn't credit us for first night lack of accommodations. I had booked months in advance with ocean room. They reported I signed up for ocean view rather than ocean front. What a joke! There were no partial view rooms in hotel. Resort was overpriced and inappropriately billed as luxury resort.

Same old problems... putting out fires with broken plumbing and air cons. Rediculous. Cheaper to fix with help than replace. Poor management.
The food was delicious! The staff was friendly and courteous. The size of the resort was perfect, not too big! The location perfect! Thank you! We would go again!
The gentlemen named Cantue "Pops" greeted us and is the most caring and wonderful person on staff. The location of the resort on the beach is fantastic! Always felt very safe and secure on property and the staff in general are all very welcoming. Beach vendors were carefully monitored which was a very comforting feeling.
The resort had a water issue while we were guests. We were fortunate to have water but it was never warm, had cold shower for 7 days. Others at the resort had no water at all not even for toilet flushing or showers. Also no place to get ice on the resort and felt obligated to pay staff to find ice. There seemed to be a shortage of b
Staff was very nice.
Breakfast is extremely boring. Some facilities were out of order eg. jacuzzi, fitness room.
I was so happy to have chosen this resort. The location can't be beat. We walked to concerts on the beach every night, and there was always staff patrolling all entrances at all hours. I felt very safe there. It is one of the only resorts with a patrolled beach so you can enjoy the water without being hassled by pushy beach vendors all day. Rooms were nice and quiet. I slept well and did not hear a peep from outside. I loved being in the heart of 7 mile but when it was time to leave the funky reggae party, we had a quiet, secure, clean place to lay our heads. We were thrilled to see Beenie Man staying there during our stay, one of our favorite reggae artists. It says a lot about the resort when you see legendary artists staying there as well. We met all kinds of interesting people from all over the world.
We had no water 3 mornings in a row. For $300 a night, that should not happen. It definitely affected our plans for those days, for we couldn't shower/brush our teeth when we wanted to or flush the toilet. We should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience.
The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We would recommend Sandy Haven to those looking for an nice, relaxing, clean place to stay.
It was in a good location.
Issues with the A/C unit
The location was good, relaxed atmosphere; helpful staff; fairly modern facilities.
Bongos is expensive and did not provide local menu so we had to go further into town to get a authentic jamaican meal!
Chairs security beach
Hit or miss flushing a toilet ,water pressure issues showers
We arrived very late at night but everything was ready for us. We had a lovely junior suite, which was really spacious and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were really helpful.
Friday night seems to be party night in Negril and the locals like the music VERY LOUD, so expect a night with little sleep. No fault of the hotel and it's something that will be experienced throughout the area.
The location of the hotel on the Negril 7 mile strip is perfect. Our Ocean front room on the 3rd floor had a beautiful view - room size was great and the decor was modern. Room was clean and generally comfy
The staff at the beach restaurant were untrained and impolite. It was if they had never been trained a day - the food took very long to arrive at our table. If you asked for water it didn't dawn on them to bring water for everyone at the table and they took forever to serve and even longer to clear away the dirty dishes - it was as if they were actually ignoring you - a disaster. Internet in the room did not work. Ac unit leaked water and the water in the shower took forever to drain out and the hot water was anything but hot!!
