The broken wicker chairs on the balcony. Very poor WiFi access in the rooms.

The setting was just perfect! Awesome experience, one that will never be forgotten. Loved it!!!

One dislike was the difficulty in getting eating and drinking accessories to our room, such as glasses and plates. The waiting period for receiving an ironing board is also an issue worth mentioning.

This a very nice hotel. The rooms very clean. Hotel was close main city and the staff was very helpful. I believe that the price was great. overall i enjoyed my stay and will stay again

Everything else was good.

I was disappointed in the quality of the food that was severed by the restaurant for dinner. I don't think that chicken wing tips to should be served in a curry dinner!

The restaurant selections could have more Jamaican traditional choice .

Got a free upgrade since the room we booked was not available! Were only supposed to stay there for 1 night, but eventually stayed their 5 nights because of unforeseen circumstances (& also because the room & the hotel were so good for the low price we payed). We stayed in our upgraded room the whole period at no extra charge even when the room we booked was available again after 2 nights! Nice pool, beautiful room, free wireless internet all around the hotel, good breakfast (which was included), quiet surroundings & close to the city center at a very low price for the quality you get! If I ever go back to Ocho Rios, there is no doubt that I will stay at the Mystic Ridge Resort again!!!

Mystic Ridge is a lovely clean hotel to stay in. I had just got married & stayed there as honeymoon vacation. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast options were tasteful however there is not many choices for vegetarians.

Lovely cosey friendly atmosphere. Chose this location because of the price so didnt have high expectations for the quality. But I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Room was well kept clean and cosy. No complaints

The lady who checked us in that night was great, friendly and helpful. I found the lady on duty in the morning/day to be less friendly and helpful.

1)The Hill 2)The coffee machine takes too long to brew 3)Need a shower curtain in the bathroom. The whole floor was flooded after a shower, leaking in the room on the wood floor. That could save the company money for repairs from water damage.
