San San Tropez  

This was my first trip to Jamaica. I was very comfortable with the accommodations. Staff Ricardo and Phil were excellent. Anything needed was immediately responded to. There was easy access to the beach across the street. I would definitely stay again.

You must look at the distance between the hotel and areas you plan to travel. Travel may be timely.

Authentic italian food.

I did not like not being able to shower.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food was good. The location was ideal with a beautiful beach across the street, Blue Lagoon 5 minutes away, mountains close by, and day trips to Reach Falls, Dunn Falls, Somerset falls, Dolphin cove, etc.

I would like to have had internet and a TV in my room. I had a suite with two bedrooms and only the kids room had a TV. The water pressure was poor but I think this was a regional issue at the time.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food. Quaint, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing. Available passes to the private beach across the road.

The staff was really customer-oriented and the location is perfect. Just across Frenchman's Cove and close to the Blue Lagoon and San San Beach.

I like the staff whenever I'm there they always treat me like family.

We were on honey moon in Jamacia at San San Tropez, we had bad weather and was trapped in the Jungle due to land slides. In the apartment we had water coming through our ceiling, we had a swimming pool on our apartment floor that we slept in with photo evidence. The owner offered us a change of room. That evening we went to go into it, only to find new guest had moved in it. So we slept with rain coming through the ceiling onto our bed. It was very moist and damp conditions. I didn't want to complain to much when i was there because they were cooking for us, we were 3hrs drive from Kingston didn't want to upset the owner. I was scared more than I enjoyed the holiday. When we arrived we didn't have any water to wash our selves or flush the toilet they offered me a bucket to wash in, this continued until we left. Locals offered us to wash at their hotels, as San San tropez did not have the facilities, wasn't available. Due to this I started to feel ill began to have a chest infection. On the 2nd October I paid $125 for a hotel in Kingston, so we could have a shower before our flight home. Was glad to leave Jamacia. I don't think this hotel is good enough to rent out to the public.

Very well located with an excellent staff. Special thanks to Honnel who always kindy fulfilled my numerous "room service" requests.

There's not a lot to do - it was fine for me but others might have a difficulty.

Very relaxing tone was set by the staff who took care of everything in a professional and competent way. The facility is in a beautiful rural setting and was clean and well kept. I was looking for a relaxing and comfortable break away from crowds and close to the coastline. San San Tropez met my expectations.

De douches waren zeer slecht de vloeren smerig het ontbijt slecht de keuze uit menu kaart slecht waren wij miet gewent s' middag werd je stoned van de wiet lucht

l'acceuil est chaleureux ,la proximité de la plage Frenchman's Cove est appréciable et l'emplacement permet facilement de visiter la cote Est .

A localização é perfeita, alguns passos da praia mais bonita da região e uma das mais de toda Jamaica. É paga porém temos passe livre. O hotel é uma graça, fomos recebidos pelo dono Fabio que é muito simpático e solícito e nos fez sentir em casa, inclusive tivemos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos em uma suite maravilhosa (guava) com uma cama enorme, o quarto bem grande, o banheiro também, com uma varandinha para a piscina. O lugar é pura paz. O restaurante é uma delicia, serve especialidades italianas, tudo muito bom, com preço honesto e porções generosas. A pizza é muito boa, assim como as massas. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, o staff era muito simpatico, foi uma estadia perfeita e sem problema nenhum. Sentimos muita segurança neste local. com certeza voltaremos.

Litet, trevligt, familjeägt hotell med vacker omgivning. Utmärkt läge till fantastisk strand och ett okej avstånd in till San Antonio.

L'hotel est bien situé (à côté de jolies plages, du blue lagoon, descente en rafter du rio grande ...). Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, particulièrement Phill qui a pu me permettre de rencontrer des locaux disponibles, très sympathiques & m'ont permis de découvrir leur très belle région. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Plassement geographique exceptionnel, a deux minutes de Frenchman's Cove a pied et de San San Beach. Personnel agreable et prix abordables ( sauf le diner, tres cher)

La ubicacion entre el monte y la costa. La amabilidad del personal y sus recomendaciones para movernos por la zona. Nos ofrecieron un par de toallas para poder ir a la playa.
