Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Nice property without being too "Americanized." Mrs. Shields was very warm and helpful. Good drink prices. One woman at the front desk was grumpy every time we encountered her. Meals other than breakfast were so-so. Problem with water pressure in the bathroom (shower and sink). Beach chairs were uncomfortable if you didn't have a towel to sit/lay on. Safes should be in the room.

It was a holiday of a life time. It was so awesome staying at shields. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were always clean and they were big and have everything we wanted we felt comfortable. The pool and the beach was so good our children and us enjoyed it alot. There was alot to do here fun for all. The meals were so delicious. we have no negative to say about Shields it was just the perfect place to stay and we will definitiely recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay there again. we loved everything about it. No negative to say.

Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Personal, ausser am Frontdesk war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei der Buchung war die Bewertung des Hotels bei 8.9 Fabelhaft. Nun dies war definitiv überbewertet. Ich würde sagen so ca. 6.8 - 7.2 wäre zutreffend. Bei uns waren Kakerlaken im Zimmer und auch die Bettwäsche war nicht sonderlich sauber... Ausserdem wird man am Strand ca. alle 5min blöd angemacht etwas zu kaufen, ein Trip zu buchen oder Drogen zu kaufen. Dies hat jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.
