They charged my card twice, the second charge was put through 10 days after we returned! Fine I understand mistakes happen, but they have argued all the way, wanting proof of this and proof of that, when given I hear nothing, and that includes booking.com, they said they hoped to have a resolution within 5 working days, nonsense, the hotel acted fraudulently and I demanded it sorted within 24 hours, 48 hours later, nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Disgusting service and I now have my bank looking into it as fraud. If you stay at this hotel, my advice pay cash and keep all signed receipts.
Location pretty good, buffet breakfast good, adult beach good.
