rooms were clean and decour was a little better than expected. Restaurant food was good, breakfast was included , staff was friendly and helpful. The fact that they sent me this questionaire - very good. Only 2 things - the sink in my room 9-308 - had a very strong smell of mold. Only the sink, its probably in the overflow pipes or something but it was bearable for me. If my wife was with me she would have asked to move rooms. The wireless internet access was pretty poor. I was hoping to get work done and had skype calls scheduled but had to cancel as the connection seeds were very slow or inconsitently would go up and down.

Nothing. The second night I was upgraded but even so...next time I will take another hotel. The hotel is old and too expensive for what it delivers. Breakfast is less than average 3-4* hotel. Also taxis are too expensive...20us $ for a city meeting ... 10 minutes drive... No airport service - so also 28us $ per trip...for a descent stay in this hotel you have to count + 250 us $ a day...

Lovely big rooms. Great Hot and cold breakfast. Lovely polite staff. Balcony could have been cleaned and bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

スタッフが非常にフレンドリーである。客室の廊下など要所要所にセキュリティカメラが設置されており、ロビ- ー周辺にも係員が複数おり、比較的安心して滞在できるホテルである。 全体的に設備は古い。食事の選択肢は限定的である。但し、キングストン市内での比較であれば、良い方だと思- う。
