    Breakfast, Cleanliness of accommodation

    carrying a heavy case up 3 flights of stairs no elevator or bell hop service/Not having a fridge in Room.

    Hospitality they made you feel right at home each staff member was very mannerable and respectful.

    WiFi need to stronger it loses signal too quick takes a while yo reconnect ,pool hrs need to be extended.

    The staff were pleasant to the maximum and, when they found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary went over and above to accommodate us.

    The fact there was not any elevators was a huge minus! Having just landed with luggage heading to our room on the second floor was tiring for our bellhop. The wifi was tricky to access but was easily solved by the lovely lady on the front desk. The ice machine was located on the ground floor which was not ideal for guests on the first or second floors.

    It had all the comforts of a hotel and a big hit was the swimming pool for my 7yrs old whilst being in the city.

    the wifi is not good enough to use in the rooms

    The staff were friendly and accommodating and I like that breakfast was included in the room rate. The room and the grounds were clean and we'll maintained.

    The room was small and the bathroom did not have a tub. The water pressure was very low and had limited hot water. It was also noisy. You could hear everything outside and in the hallways. I didn't like the fact that it did not have elevators either. The room rate wasn't worth it for the room.

    I had a junior suite and found it comfortable and spacious, even for my numerous baggage. Food was ok. Staff helpful and friendly.

    No lift in this building. The swimming pool needs a bit of refurbishing.

    Music Rooms were very clean

    The fact we couldn't use the pool after 10. Breakfast could of had more variety

    The hotel was a reasonable choice and good value for money. The food in the hotel was good and not expensive.

    There was little to do or see close by. Far from the airport.

    this hotel is a lovely place to stay for business reasons very clean and the breakfast was very nice

    although this is a lovely hotel very clean and tidy it felt more for business then leasure and a little cold

    Breakfast and location.

    The room was hot has hell, bathroom toilet constantly run. Felt like a bother to the staff when I reported these things. Someone looked at the ac but only a minor improvement. I sweat like a pig in that room.

    I've stayed there several times before but this particular time, the room I stayed in was particularly smokey.

    The hotel is lay out opposite each other with courtyard in the middle with sitting area. It has a gym and restaurant . Location, the area is safe for travel taxis are available in the court yard for hire, visited historic Devon house and Bob Marley museum

    The room was small and has a order most likely because of the carpet and the humidity.

    I liked the location, being able to walk to the bank, the theatre and Emancipation Park. A very accommodating Manager and some staff Feeling safe - the security

    Staff... who walked directly across you! Lack of awareness Who do not remove used crockery nor offer to put silver on the table!

    The rest of the staff (apart from one snooty receptionist) who are out-and- out lovely. Pleasant internal courtyard. Short walk to work.

    5$ per day to borrow a kettle for a 3 week stay? I could have bought one for less. Being told that taxis will charge the price advised, when in fact the town taxis habitually charge whatever they think they can get away with. But receptionist quite snippy when challenged "it will be that price!" Oh no it won't ... Always the same individual, who appears to be fairly senior. Only person at hotel who needs to go on a customer focus course. The smell of cooking fat which can even penetrate the closed window (1231) and made using the balcony impossible.

    The A C wasn't working it blow cool air not cold. The hot water never got hot this was a problem for my wife not me.

    The staff were great and the food was really nice

    The hairdryer was broken from i got there and the drawers needed cleaning as they made my clothes dusty and the air conditioner leaked alot. The shower also would either b really hot or really cold. Hard to get a balance.

    For my purposes the location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is always wonderful. The rooms were clean. Having Wi-Fi was very helpful. The Melting Pot Restaurant had excellent food.

    I could not adjust the temp on the air conditioning.

    The service from the staff was excellent. When we arrived I wasn't pleased with my room I went to the front desk and it was taken care of right away. I would like to thank Sandra from housekeeping for making our say memorable.

    Location was decent...check in was easy..food was good.

    No form of entertainment...wifi was extremely slow. water pressure in shower was very slow.check out process was long..price was a little too much.. hotel needs renovation..I booked a garden view room it was not available, so the charge me the same amount for the view of trash cans and dirt road..

    The Staff. Everyone was so well mannered, polite and extremely friendly and helpful. We were very impressed and felt very at home during our stay.

    During the day time the Air-Conditioning did not cool very well. Also, an elevator to the 3rd. floor would be helpful when you have heavy luggage.

    the Garden to walk around, and the house keeping staff very nice and the girls in the resturant very friendly free wifi

    the food was very bad. the rooms very noisy some of the staff very unfriendly jamacia has such a rich culture of soul food ..why use frozen food in a country so rich in fresh ingredients ..dont get it I had to change my room 4 times to get a good night sleep ..if you want a nights sleep DO NOT stay near the pool ..lots of parties till late. im not sure i will stay at this hotel again
