- Nem volt lift a 2. emeletre. - Nem volt teljes reggeli az árban (pl. sonkáért, sajtért felárat kellett fizetni). - Komoly mértékű deposittal terhelték meg a számlámat az esetleges éttermi fogyasztás miatt.

First time staying at the Knutsford. Had a wonderful time, beautiful garden, hotel is clean, staff were really helpful and friendly. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and will be returning also.

Would have liked Jamaican breakfast instead of continental breakfast. I was in Jamaica so would expect not to pay for the Jamaican breakfast. Food was often not replaced quickly at Breakfast buffet and need more variety.

The staff was friendly

The continental breakfast. They serve eggs made in different form, sausage, bacon. I person do not want to leave usa and go to Jamaica and get that type of a breakfast we need native food. I have stayed other place in Jamaica and get continental breakfast which is the native dish. The steps to carry up your luggage. They need to do some thing

I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and the food was enjoyable in the restaurant. A quiet place to relax.

Cleanliness of the room

The fact that someone on the staff of the hotel disclosed to someone outside that I was staying there. Reception should not give out names of people staying at the hotel

Members of staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast provided was adequate.

It was over priced. nightly rates was too expensive for the facilities on offer.

Maybe the host at the melting pot...he tried to make sure we had a good time.

Hated the room. Very dirty ac units...filters were just choked with dust. My kids are super sensitive too dust. The popup on the bathroom facet did not worked...made it difficult to wash face.

Nice decor, esay to get to, friendly service

No elevators ,For some reason it seemed that the stairs were spaced a little extra vertical spacing which made it uncomfortable for older individuals.

Shonique (not sure) Supervisor. She was very efficient, friendly, amazing smile with impeccable customer service. The staff was friendly also. The hotel was very comfortable. It was also the same place my house was. They tore down my old house and made this beautiful Hotel.

My key getting demagnetized.

The staff was extremely freindly and courteous. This was my first time at the hotel and it was extremely accommodating.

I liked everything about the hotel.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was well situated for the business area of Kingston. The hotel was a comfortable business biased hotel in which there were facilities to relax for a prolonged business stay but probably not for a family holiday. The breakfast, stated as "continental", in fact included two cooked selections.

The only exterior window was in the bathroom and so the bedroom was rather cell like. Doors fitted badly letting a lot of light come through at night. The wall mounted television meant the sound was heard in the adjacent room. Menu was sufficiently varied for 4 or 5 nights but otherwise limited. Kingston being Kingston meant I felt unsafe to walk outside the hotel at night to an external restaurant.

Air Conditioner thermostat not working. Got too cool. Steps to second floor room and low header on stairwell. Only one chair on balcony

Very clean rooms. Everything is in great condition. Breakfast is delicious.

Cleanliness of hotel was very impressive.

Menu very boring, same foods daily - therefore you were quite restricted for choice. Hotel cost, I found confusing as prices didn't include taxes. I was apparently told on arrival I was miss quoted by 'Booking.com'. And the charges were £400 more than I planned to pay. No hotel entertainment. Pool closure was too early. The complimentary breakfast wasn't great and lacked flavour.

Breakfast not as good as we expected in Jamaica .

I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. My hotel room was at the end of the hallway and there where so many empty rooms closer to the front. The front desk was unable to provide an extra blanket due to house keeping closed. Lastly with booking with booking.com I was unaware of the reservation did not include taxes. So to my surprise the expense was more than I anticipated.

The staff I interacted with were polite and welcoming. The wireless Internet access was reliable and of decent speed.

The breakfast included in the price was decent, but only continental breakfast was offered as opposed to hot Jamaican breakfast available at other similar hotels in Kingston where I've stayed.

this hotel is really for business people in mind the room that i stayed in the security guard & i made eye contact many a times & that sliding door you had 2 life push & slide for it 2 lock which was 2 much work.ther is a absence of mats for the room & the bathroom mat was absent the second day,there is a very expensive in house shop which is in poor taste there are some upgrades that r needed

Our beds were slanted and sheeted poorly. Staff was very Unwelcoming upon arrival. We actually had to call For a manager to help us check in Also our room faced the courtyard where there Was a very loud BBQ and party taking place. We were unable to sleep until the Noise ended at midnight
