Amman Airport Hotel  

Location. Only hotel near the airport. The staff was incredible--right there to meet me when I passed through Customs. The room was very nice and room service was very inexpensive. The breakfast buffet was incredible.

Location, the only hotel near AMM airport

Check in process is too long and inefficient. At 2:30 am, staff insisted that I sit in the VIP lounge for check in, which turned out to be an agonizingly slow process. The so called VIP desk had no room keys, no copy machine and the printer was out of paper. The check in officer had to walk back and forth between this desk and reception 3 times while I was watching other guests, who arrived after I did, being checked in "normally" walk past me to their rooms.

Close to airport, own shuttleservice

Convenience for air travel, close to air port, shuttle service

Extremely good service from the time of check-in to the shuttle transportation service to the airport. The decoration of the lobby. The room, pleasantly furnished and comfortable. The varied options for dining.

The shop should be more glamorous and offer gifts of quality for last moment purchases before leaving the country.

Service and staff friendly and helpful. Good airport shuttle service. Food in sports bar is good, and Sammi the Barman very helpful.

The prices are getting very expensive, but Jordan in general is getting too expensive.

Staff is extremely friendly. The price of the room service was very good, so was the quality of the food. Breakfast was also very good and the waiter helped us to prepare a amazing foul.

The pillows were a little high for our taste and the shower space didn't have a door.

-The breakfast is horrible, especially for paying a high price. - The food in the restaurant (dinner time) is also very bad. We could not finish our meals. - Very hard beds. - The person in the reception spoke bad English and it was hard to understand her.

the hotel had rented the swimming pool and surrounding areas out for a private party (which could be described as a rave), so hotel guests were firmly told that they could not use them!!

The room is wide and crean. Amenity goods are excellent. Easy to access the airport. The shuttle bus service is good.

Only one hotel near by airport. No price competition, so feel expensive. For early departure, the breakfast time is late, however, 24 hours snack is working, but not free instead of breakfast..

Friendly staff make the hotel a bit more than a functional airport hotel.

I assume its been taken over by new management as the name change is recent. It's a shame they did not elect to give the place a little tlc. It's not horrendous and some floors are better than others, but it looks tired.

The price!!!. More than triple the price of our hotel in Petra and hotel in Petra was just as nice.

Wi-Fi very slow and difficult to access.

It was convenient, clean and the breakfast was good.

The wait to be transported, there were no clear signs and it was a bit unnerving.

As we arrived, there were 27 c in the room, window sealed, not possible to open. Aircondition = just ventilator whirling sultry air with an explanation it is a "winter season" (April) and therefore ac is not on in the whole hotel. Solution proposed by the staff: to move to another room where aircondition was not working as well. Finally, we forced the staff to unseal the window. Retsurant menu: prices reported without taxes I.E. if the bill is 25.- you´ll pay 35.-! The same for hotel price... We´ll definitely not come again.

Great breakfast

The air-con wasn't working and the windows didn't open so it was 27 degrees in the hotel room - not suitable for most, and certainly not a 6 month old baby.

The hotel is close to the airport and the Dead Sea and other site seeing destinations. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean, with a nice swimming pole and good landscaping. there is one decent coffee shop in the lobby and another in the parking area for hobble bubbly.

There is only one shabby restaurant in the whole hotel, and Breakfast was nothing to talk about.

It is noticed that amman airport hotel has withdrawn jd 200/- (inr 15725.70) for my stay for one day instead of jd 106.92/- please do the needful for this and refund the extra payment they have taken.

Airport was chaotic, and it took 90 minutes to get a visa to leave, so this negates the benefit of being near the airport in the first place. When I arrived, my room was not ready and staff seemed confused as to its status. The bed smelled of cigarettes even though I asked for a non- smoking room.

The breakfast was good.

The staff were slow at booking us in (at 4am) and then proceeded to call our room at 5am about a query they had about our booking. We booked a double room, and received a twin room. It was a grossly overpriced, unsatisfying experience.
