Near to the airport
Hotel Facilities are not running with the concept of Transit Hotel.
No spa services
Courtesy transport to the airport was available at short notice. Room fine, with complimentary tea and coffee.
On arrival the reception manager was brusque, even though there was no-one else waiting, and did not explain how the hotel operated. (I found it difficult to believe that the courtesy bus would be available 10 minutes after I checked-out. No other airport hotel I have stayed at has this sort of service, so I was slightly concerned that there was a misunderstanding.) The 'take-away' breakfast provided in lieu of the proper breakfast service which did not start until 06:00 (30 minutes later than I was told I had to leave to go to the airport ) consisted of left-over pastries, a small orange, an apple, and a bottle of water. The swimming pool was open-air and closed. The significant taxes (>20%) were omitted from the principal quote for the room.
the room was worm the temp.was 23.5 c and i could not put the temp. dawn
Very convenient to the airport. Very comfortable and everything you need.
Restaurant service was slow and the staff seemed inexperienced and kept getting confused. Didn't know the price of the buffet; told us the price of a bottle of wine was the price for a glass! They seemed to be trying but didn't seem well trained.
The location -- if you don't want to leave the airport and have an early flight to catch.
the hotel isn't good value for money. The staff was quite OK for the room service and the breakfast restaurant, but certainly not at the reception upon arrival. The WIFI works but disconnects frequently. The TV channels are very limited if one doesn't speak Arabic.
Modern hotel which we picked for convenience for early morning flight out of Jordan. Good facilities.
Food left a lot to be desired. The steak dinner was tasteless and breakfast little better. Omelette was awful.
Near Airport Clean Airport shuttle
Not near anything except airport
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Proximity to airport. Comfy bed. Toweling robe in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries.
Staff a little stand-offish. Breakfast had quite broad selection but everything was covered in cling film wrap, which was slightly off-putting.
Close to airport Breakfast
Room wasn't quite clean, especially bathroom The air was uncomfortably warm and dry. Attempts to use climate control system were unsuccessful.
great King size bed, good breakfast
the man who picked me up at the airport wanted to use my passport to buy duty free cigarettes, Not so classy. A bit overpriced for what you get.
Location is good for the ones that are transiting, as the hotel is a few minutes away from the airport.
The organization of the hotel is up side down. Starting with the Jordanian guy who was waiting for me at the airport , and was asking for my number making me think it's for the hotel's purposes , but he was just getting it for himself and afterwards he was sending me what's app messages in the middle of the night. I needed to call 30min for to order my breakfast as nobody was answering the phone. Afterwards when I was complaining about it to the reception , they said : why u didn't come down for the breakfast it was included in your stay? Seriously , it's none of their business if I want to order a different breakfast and pay for it myself! They told me that 30min before I need a pick up from the hotel to the airport, I should inform them, which I did. When I came at the reception , my pick up was still not there even though I informed them on time. They came almost half an hour later and I was in a great risk of losing my flight. And no, there were no taxi outside of the hotel, I entirely depended on the hotel.
Only one hotel near airport
I like the calm and security of the Hotel.
I don't have input on this.
Good shuttle service to airport.
Far from Amman city. Pricey for taxi to and from the hotel to the city.
Had a really good sleep. Great location for doing business at airport
Window was very dirty and could not be opened.
Location to airport dining options Security at gate
Lack of attention to detail Looks weathered Smoke smelled in bath robes Walls of hallways dirty, carpets dirty
Lovely clean hotel. Good food VERY reasonable prices. Comfortable. Great staff. Free shuttle to airport 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again
Away from downtown sights

Lack of care factor We were checked in then found our room had not been cleaned in anyway prior. We then had to wait 45mins. We advised the hotel that we were leaving at 2am for a flight & to have the breakfast box ready, this was about 10-15mins overdue with the taxi waiting. It was just a stake pastry.
It is very convenient to the airport and the rooms were clean and the beds comfy.
This is one of those hotels where you feel they are trying to milk every last Dinar from you. I wouldn't be surprised if they charged for air. We arrived and they claimed they were booked, saying the only room they had was for 135 jd per night. Considering there were 5 cars in the parking lot, we thought this was bs. We paid us$5 for one hour of internet (yes, you read that right) to use their wifi and make a booking at Booking.com for 105 jd - still exorbitant, but saved us 30 jd. All the sudden they had a room for us. But it still took about 30 minutes to check in. Btw, don't expect a cart to be able to carry your bags - what hotel would have a cart? This was also the only place in Jordan I have ever been that did not list the prices in the cafe with tax and service included. So the already Petra-high prices are even higher once you add the 10% service and the 16% sales taxes. Believe me, I will do whatever I can to avoid going to this hotel again. I'd rather pay the 25 jd for the taxi ride from Amman. At least the driver earns it, this hotel doesn'T.
they prepared us breakfast even if our flight was at 5 am
no red wine the night was stayed there
Very close to the airport with free shuttle service
Quite pricey for the quality of the hotel.
Found this hotel to be above average for an airport hotel the facilities in the room included a lot of extras like toothbrush and toothpaste. Plenty of different choices for dining. Could not fault this hotel in any way
